Claims (12)
- Wasserzersetzbarer absorbierender Artikel, umfassend eine wasserzersetzbare rückseitige Lage (20), eine wasserzersetzbare absorbierende Lage (21) und ein die absorbierende Lage (21) bedeckendes Oberflächenelement (10), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Oberflächenelement (10) eine Vielzahl wasserhaltenden, wasserzersetzbaren Lagen (11, 12, 13, 14) umfasst, die durch Integrationsmittel aneinander laminiert und miteinander verbunden sind, so dass sich die wasserzersetzbaren Lagen (11, 12, 13, 14) im Nasszustand voneinander lösen können, wobei die Integrationsmittel mechanische Mittel zum gegenseitigen Verbinden der wasserzersetzbaren Lagen (11, 12, 13, 14) umfassen. - Wasserzersetzbarer absorbierender Artikel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die mechanischen Mittel durch Nadeln zur Herstellung von Durchgangslöchern in den wasserzersetzbaren Lagen (11, 12, 13, 14) unter der Voraussetzung, dass die wasserzersetzbaren Lagen (11, 12, 13, 14) laminiert sind, gebildet werden, so dass die die einzelnen wasserzersetzbaren Lagen bildenden Fasern rund um die Durchgangslöcher (15) verschlungen werden.
- Wasserzersetzbarer absorbierender Artikel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die mechanischen Mittel durch Prägen der wasserzersetzbaren Lagen (11, 12, 13, 14) unter der Voraussetzung, dass die wasserzersetzbaren Lagen laminiert sind, gebildet werden.
- Wasserzersetzbarer absorbierender Artikel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die wasserzersetzbaren Lagen (11, 12, 13, 14) mit einem wasserlöslichen Kleber teilweise miteinander verbunden sind.
- Wasserzersetzbarer absorbierender Artikel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die wasserzersetzbaren Lagen (11, 12, 13, 14) durch Wasserstoffbindung miteinander verbunden sind.
- Wasserzersetzbarer absorbierender Artikel nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Verhältnis zwischen dem Wasserrückhaltevermögen einer wasserzersetzbaren Lage und dem einer benachbarten Lage 40:60 bis 60:40 beträgt, wenn das Oberflächenelement genässt wird.
- Wasserzersetzbarer absorbierender Artikel nach Anspruch 6, wobei die wasserzersetzbaren Lagen (11, 12, 13, 14) 30 bis 100 Gewichts-% hydrophile Fasern enthalten.
- Wasserzersetzbarer absorbierender Artikel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die wasserzersetzbaren Lagen (11, 12, 13, 14) ein Gewicht zwischen 10 und 60 g/m2 haben.
- Wasserzersetzbarer absorbierender Artikel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die wasserzersetzbaren Lagen (11, 12, 13, 14), gemessen gemäß JIS P-4501, jeweils einen Zersetzungsgrad von höchstens 100 Sekunden in Wasser haben.
- Wasserzersetzbarer absorbierender Artikel nach Anspruch 9, wobei das Oberflächenelement (10), gemessen gemäß JIS P-4501, einen Zersetzungsgrad von höchstens 100 Sekunden in Wasser hat.
- Wasserzersetzbarer absorbierender Artikel nach Anspruch 1, wobei das aus mindestens zwei wasserzersetzbaren, durch die Integrationsmittel miteinander verbundenen Lagen (11, 12) bestehende Oberflächenelement (10) im Trockenzustand, gemessen gemäß JIS P-8113, eine Zugfestigkeit von mindestens 1000 g/25 mm hat.
- Wasserzersetzbarer absorbierender Artikel nach Anspruch 1, wobei das aus mindestens zwei wasserzersetzbaren Lagen (11, 12) bestehende Oberflächenelement (10) im Nasszustand, gemessen gemäß JIS P-8113, eine Zugfestigkeit von mindestens 200 g/25 mm hat.
