Claims (4)
- Verfahren zum Andrucken mit schnelltrocknender Farbe auf einer Flexodruckmaschine mit einem Druckzylinder (10) und einem am Umfang des Druckzylinders angeordneten Farbauftragsystem (14, 16), bei dem die Druckgeschwindigkeit während des Andruckens gegenüber der Druckgeschwindigkeit im eigentlichen Druckbetrieb herabgesetzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während des Andruckbetriebs am Umfang des Druckzylinders (10) in mindestens einer gegenüber dem Farbauftragsystem winkelversetzten Zone ein Flüssigkeitsnebel (22) oder -dampf erzeugt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flüssigkeitsnebel (22) ein Wassernebel ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flüssigkeitsnebel (22) in einer Zone erzeugt wird, die in Rotationsrichtung des Druckzylinders (10) zwischen dem Gegendruckzylinder (12) und dem Farbauftragsystem (14, 16) liegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flüssigkeitsnebel (22) in einer Zone erzeugt wird, die in Rotationsrichtung des Druckzylinders (10) zwischen dem Farbauftragsystem (14, 16) und dem Gegendruckzylinder (12) liegt.
