Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Fraktionieren einer papierfaserhaltigen Suspension, bei dem die Suspension (S) durch ein Sieb (1,1') in mindestens zwei Faserfraktionen aufgeteilt wird, wobei ein relativ zu diesem bewegter Räumer (5) zur Siebfreihaltung verwendet wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit Hilfe einer rauhen Oberfläche (8) des Räumers (5) an der Zuströmseite (2) des Siebes (1,1') eine Parallelströmung (4) erzeugt wird,
indem ein Räumer (5) verwendet wird, der an seiner Oberfläche (8) mit einer Vielzahl von länglichen Vertiefungen, vorzugsweise Rillen (7) oder
mit einer filzartigen, gut benetzbaren Schicht versehen ist, und
wobei die Suspension (S) vom Räumer (5) nahezu schlupffrei mitgeschleppt wird, indem sie im sich bis zu einem Millimeter von der Oberfläche des Räumers (5) erstreckenden Kontaktbereich mit mindestens 90 % der Räumergeschwindigkeit bewegt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Räumer (5) in einem Abstand (A) von höchstens 20 mm an der Zuströmseite (2) des Siebes (1,1') entlangbewegt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Räumer (5) mit einer Geschwindigkeit von mindestens 10 m/s relativ zum Sieb (1,1') bewegt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Räumer (5) mit einer Geschwindigkeit von mindestens 20 m/s relativ zum Sieb (1,1') bewegt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Räumer (5) keine Druck- oder Saugimpulse zum Sieb (1, 1') hin erzeugt. - Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit einem Sieb (1,1') fraktioniert wird, dessen Sieböffnungen (6) länglich sind, mit einer Längserstreckung, die relativ zur Bewegungsrichtung (3) des Räumers (5) in einem Anstellwinkel (β) zwischen 70° und 110° liegt. - Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit einem Sieb (1, 1') fraktioniert wird, an dem mit Hilfe von Vorsprüngen oder Vertiefungen im Zusammenwirken mit der Parallelströmung (4) räumlich begrenzte Wirbel erzeugt werden. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche mit einem Gehäuse (13), in dem sich mindestens ein Sieb (1, 1 ') befindet, an dem auf der Zuströmseite ein Räumer (5) entlangbewegt werden kann, um das Zusetzen der Sieböffnungen (6) des Siebes (1, 1') zu verhindern,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Räumer (5) eine geschlossene, rauhe Oberfläche (8) aufweist, die durch eine Filzschicht gebildet wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sieb (1') mit Vorsprüngen oder Vertiefungen von höchstens 2 mm Höhe bzw. Tiefe versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sieb (1, 1') ein zylindrisches Sieb ist, in dem ein zylindrischer Rotor als Räumer (5) rotierbar angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Siebkorb und Rotor konzentrisch sind.
