Claims (13)
- Schuhpresswalze zur Entwässerung einer Faserstoffbahn (1), insbesondere einer Papier-, Karton-oder Tissuebahn in Maschinen zur Herstellung und/oder Veredelung derselben bestehend aus einem flexiblen Walzenmantel (2) mit profilierter Oberfläche zur Wasseraufnahme, die zur Bildung eines Pressspaltes (3) von zumindest einem Anpresselement (4) mit konkaver Anpressfläche (5) gegen eine zylindrische Gegenwalze (6) gedrückt wird, wobei zumindest zwischen der Schuhpresswalze und der Faserstoffbahn (1) ein endloses Entwässerungsband (7) zur Aufnahme des ausgepressten Wassers verläuft, welches nach dem Pressspalt (3) vom Walzenmantel (2) der Schuhpresswalze weggeführt wird und wobei möglichst nach am Pressspalt (3) zwischen der Schuhpresswalze und diesem Entwässerungsband (7) eine Wasserauffangvorrichtung (8) zur Aufnahme und Abführung des von dem Walzenmantel (2) der Schuhpresswalze abgeschleuderten Wassers angeordnet ist, die dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
sich an den konkav gekrümmten Pressspalt (3) ein Übergangsbereich (9) anschließt, der mit einer konvex gekrümmten Anfangszone (10) mit relativ großem Krümmungsradius beginnt und mit einer konvex gekrümmten Endzone (11) mit relativ kleinem Krümmungsradius endet. - Schuhpresswalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Walzenmantel (2) in dem Übergangsbereich (9) über wenigstens ein Führungselement (12) läuft. - Schuhpresswalze nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Führungselement (12) mit dem Anpresselement (4) verbunden, vorzugsweise einstückig ausgeführt ist. - Schuhpresswalze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
im Übergangsbereich (9) zwischen Anfangs- (10) und Endzone (11) mindestens eine konvex gekrümmte Zwischenzone (13) angeordnet ist. - Schuhpresswalze nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Krümmungsradius der Zwischenzone (13) wesentlich größer als der der Endzone (11) ist. - Schuhpresswalze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
im Übergangsbereich (9) zwischen Anfangs-(10) und Endzone (11) zumindest eine ebene Zwischenzone (13) vorhanden ist. - Schuhpresswalze insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Krümmungsradius der konvex gekrümmten Zwischenzone (13) größer als der der Anfangszone (10) ist. - Schuhpresswalze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Oberfläche des Walzenmantels (2) Rillen und/oder Blindbohrungen aufweist. - Schuhpresswalze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Anfangszone (10) relativ kurz, vorzugsweise wesentlich kürzer als die Zwischenzone (13) ausgeführt ist. - Schuhpresswalze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Wasserauffangvorrichtung (8) als Wasserrinne gestaltet ist. - Schuhpresswalze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Wasserauffangvorrichtung (8) besaugt ist. - Schuhpresswalze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
zwischen Faserstoffbahn (1) und Gegenwalze (6) zumindest ein weiteres endloses Band in Form eines Entwässerungs-(14) oder Transferbandes verläuft. - Schuhpresswalze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Entwässerungsbänder (7,14) als Filz oder Sieb ausgeführt sind.
