Claims (25)
- Pressenanordnung zur Behandlung einer Faserstoffbahn (10), insbesondere einer Papier- oder Kartonbahn,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens zwei in Bahnlaufrichtung (L) verlängerte hintereinander liegende Preßspalte (S1, S2) vorgesehen sind, von denen zumindest der erste doppelt befilzt ist, und daß der erste verlängerte Preßspalt (S1) zwischen einer Schuhpreßeinheit (20, 20', 20") und einer gleichzeitig als Pick-up-Walze vorgesehenen Preßsaugwalze (12) gebildet ist, die von einem die Faserstoffbahn (10) von einem Siebband (16) übernehmenden Filz (14) umschlungen ist, durch den die Faserstoffbahn (10) zum ersten verlängerten Preßspalt (S1) geführt ist. - Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schuhpreßeinheit durch eine unten liegende, beiden verlängerten Preßspalten gemeinsame Schuhpreßwalze (20, 20') gebildet ist, der außer der Preßsaugwalze (12) eine weitere oben liegende Gegenwalze (24) zugeordnet ist. - Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schuhpreßwalze (20, 20') mit einer positionsstabilen Preßmantelführung versehen ist. - Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die beiden verlängerten Preßspalte (S1, S2) durch zwei getrennte Schuhpressen (20", 12; 20"', 24) gebildet sind. - Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die beiden Schuhpressen (20", 12; 20"', 24) jeweils eine Schuhpreßwalze (20"; 20"') umfassen und die beiden verlängerten Preßspalte (S1, S2) durch die jeweilige Schuhpreßwalze (20"; 20"') und die gleichzeitig als Pick-up-Walze vorgesehene Preßsaugwalze (12) bzw. eine weitere Gegenwalze (24) gebildet sind. - Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens eine der beiden Schuhpressen (20", 12; 20"', 24) durch eine unten liegende Schuhpreßeinheit (20"; 20"') und eine oben liegende Gegenwalze (12; 24) gebildet ist. - Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß beide Schuhpressen (20", 12; 20"', 24) jeweils durch eine unten liegende Schuhpreßwalze (20"; 20"') und eine oben liegende Gegenwalze (12; 24) gebildet sind. - Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens eine der beiden Schuhpressen durch eine oben liegende Schuhpreßeinheit und eine unten liegende Gegenwalze gebildet sind. - Pressenanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Faserstoffbahn (10) zwischen den beiden verlängerten Preßspalten (S1, S2) vorzugsweise zusammen mit einem Filz (18) um eine vorzugsweise als Saugwalze ausgebildete Umlenkwalze (36) geführt ist. - Pressenanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Filz (18) durch beide verlängerten Preßspalte (S1, S2) geführt ist. - Pressenanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß beide in Bahnlaufrichtung (L) verlängerten Preßspalte (S1, S2) jeweils doppelt befilzt sind. - Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß insgesamt höchstens drei Filze (14, 18, 26) vorgesehen sind. - Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sie eine durchgehend geschlossene Bahnführung aufweist. - Pressenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der in Bahnlaufrichtung (L) betrachtet zweite verlängerte Preßspalt (S2) einfach befilzt ist. - Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß insgesamt höchstens zwei Filze (14, 18) vorgesehen sind. - Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 14 oder 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Faserstoffbahn (10) zwischen dem betreffenden Filz (18) und der hinteren Gegenwalze (24) durch den zweiten verlängerten Preßspalt (S2) geführt ist. - Pressenanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zumindest ein Teil der die beiden in Bahnlaufrichtung (L) verlängerten Preßspalte (S1, S2) bildenden Preßwalzen (12, 20, 24) jeweils eine offene, insbesondere blindgebohrte und/oder gerillte Preßfläche besitzt. - Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß beide in Bahnlaufrichtung (L) verlängerten Preßspalte (S1, S2) jeweils doppelt befilzt sind und sämtliche Preßwalzen (12, 20, 24) jeweils eine offene, insbesondere blindgebohrte und/oder gerillte Preßfläche besitzen. - Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der zweite verlängerte Preßspalt (S2) einfach befilzt ist und die mit einer Schuhpreßeinheit (20, 20"') diesen zweiten Preßspalt (S2) bildende hintere Gegenwalze (24) eine zumindest im wesentlichen geschlossene Preßfläche besitzt. - Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Faserstoffbahn (10) im Anschluß an den zweiten verlängerten Preßspalt (S2) im freien Zug von der hinteren Gegenwalze (24) zu einer Umlenkwalze (22) und über diese vorzugsweise zu einer nachfolgenden Trockenpartie geführt ist. - Pressenanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Entwässerung wenigstens eines verlängerten Preßspaltes (S1, S2) zumindest teilweise durch Abschleudern von Wasser in wenigstens eine Rinne (72-78) oder dergleichen erfolgt. - Pressenanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens eine Gegenwalze (24) und/oder die Preßsaugwalze (12) durch eine innenseitig abgestützte Hohlwalze, vorzugsweise eine Durchbiegungsausgleichswalze, gebildet ist. - Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die hintere Gegenwalze (24) durch eine innenseitig abgestützte Hohlwalze, vorzugsweise eine Durchbiegungsausgleichswalze, gebildet ist. - Pressenanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Faserstoffbahn (10) im Anschluß an den zweiten verlängerten Preßspalt (S2) über eine vorzugsweise als Saugwalze ausgebildete Umlenkwalze (30) vorzugsweise zu einer nachfolgenden Trokkenpartie geführt ist. - Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 24,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
