Claims (12)

  1. Procédé de commande et de surveillance d'une installation de gestion du trafic qui comporte des éléments de réglage et de surveillance, notamment des aiguilles (W1, ..., W4), des signaux (S1, ..., S8) et des indicateurs (FM1, ..., FM14) de voie libre, au moins deux itinéraires pour des véhicules ferroviaires pouvant être établis au moyen d'un processus de commande, basé sur un tableau des enclenchements, qui en réponse à une demande d'établissement d'un itinéraire bloque tous les éléments de réglage associés à cet itinéraire afin qu'ils soient indisponibles à d'autres demandes d'établissement d'autres itinéraires et manoeuvres, puis règle ces éléments, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un paramètre (1, 2, 3, 4) est associé aux éléments (W1, ..., W4 ; S1, ..., S8 ; FM1, ..., FM14) de l'installation, paramètre qui concerne les états ou associations à régler ou à prendre en compte pour chaque itinéraire prévu, en ce qu'un paramètre (1) associé aux indicateurs (FM1, ..., FM14) de voie libre définit l'ordre de succession des indicateurs (FM1, ..., FM14) de voie libre le long d'un itinéraire, et en ce qu'un paramètre (1) associé aux autres éléments (W1, ..., W4 ; S1, ..., S4) de l'installation définit l'association de ces éléments à au moins un des indicateurs (FM1, ..., FM14) de voie libre.
  2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise un tableau des enclenchements dans lequel les paramètres sont associés aux éléments (W1, ..., W4 ; S1, ..., S8 ; FM1, ..., FM14) de l'installation, et en ce que le processus de commande est mis en oeuvre manuellement ou automatiquement sur la base du tableau des enclenchements.
  3. Procédé suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que des lignes ou colonnes sont prévues dans le tableau des enclenchements pour chaque élément (W1, ..., W4 ; S1, ..., S8 ; FM1, ..., FM14) de l'installation, et en ce que des conditions (A, B) supplémentaires sont indiquées dans des lignes ou colonnes supplémentaires, conditions qui concernent des états supplémentaires quelconques à prendre en compte.
  4. Procédé suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les conditions (A, B) supplémentaires sont utilisées, individuellement ou combinées entre elles par des combinaisons logiques indiquées dans d'autres lignes ou colonnes, comme paramètres pour les éléments (W1, ..., W4 ; S1, ..., S8 ; FM1, ..., FM14) de l'installation.
  5. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que, après l'établissement d'un itinéraire et lorsqu'un véhicule circule sur cet itinéraire, on détermine si les indicateurs (FM8, FM9, FM10, FM11, FM12, FM5, FM6, FM7) de voie libre ont été passés dans l'ordre, et en ce que tous les éléments (W1, ..., W4 ; S1, ..., S8) de l'installation qui sont associés à un indicateur (FM8 ; FM9 ; FM10 ; FM11 ; FM12 ; FM5 ; FM6 ; FM7) de voie libre sont libérés dès que le véhicule a passé la section de voie surveillée par l'indicateur (FM8 ; FM9 ; FM10 ; FM11 ; FM12 ; FM5 ; FM6 ; FM7) de voie libre.
  6. Procédé suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que tous les éléments (W1, ..., W4 ; S1, ..., S8) de l'installation qui ont été libérés après le passage du véhicule sur une section de voie peuvent être si besoin utilisés pour établir d'autres itinéraires.
  7. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'on contrôle l'ordre de succession des annonces de voie libre en provenance des indicateurs (FM8, FM9, FM10, FM11, FM12, FM5, FM6 et FM7) de voie libre lorsque le véhicule circule sur un itinéraire (itinéraire 5).
  8. Procédé suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'on introduit des mesures de correction en cas de non-respect de l'ordre de succession des annonces de voie libre.
  9. Procédé suivant la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'on contrôle l'indicateur (FM11) de voie libre en provenance duquel une annonce de voie libre n'est pas encore parvenue, et/ou la section de voie associée.
  10. Procédé suivant la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que, en l'absence d'une annonce de voie libre, l'itinéraire est bloqué ou totalement ou partiellement libéré.
  11. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise un tableau des enclenchements dans lequel tous les paramètres et combinaisons logiques nécessaires pour la commande du processus sont associés aux éléments (W1, ..., W4 ; S1, ..., S8 ; FM1, ..., FM14) de l'installation, et en ce que le processus de commande est mis en oeuvre manuellement ou automatiquement sur la base du tableau des enclenchements.
  12. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la vérification des résultats du processus de réglage se déroulant sur un système informatique s'effectue à l'aide du tableau établi des enclenchements, lequel constitue, complété par la liste des paramètres, une description complète de l'installation.
