Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour coder des encombrements affectant plusieurs voies de circulation, dans le cas d'informations routières codées numériquement qui contiennent, sous la forme d'éléments, un emplacement situé sur une voie de circulation, ainsi que l'ampleur et la direction de l'encombrement. Ces informations sont décodées au moyen d'un tableau d'emplacements. Selon le procédé de l'invention, lors de l'annonce d'encombrements s'étendant, en raison de leur ampleur, au-delà d'un embranchement, sur une autre voie de circulation, un autre élément est utilisé pour coder les informations suivantes : embranchements affectés par l'encombrement, direction et ampleur de l'encombrement.

Claims (6)

  1. Procédé pour coder des encombrements routiers sur plusieurs routes, dans le cas de messages routiers codés numériquement et qui contiennent différents éléments, à savoir un endroit situé sur une route et la taille ainsi que la direction de l'encombrement, et qui sont décodés à l'aide d'un tableau de localisation,
    caractérisé en ce que
    lorsqu'on signale des encombrements qui s'étendent sur une autre route au-delà d'une bifurcation du fait de leur taille, le codage est effectué par un élément supplémentaire en indiquant sur quelle route qui bifurque, dans quelle direction s'étend l'encombrement signalé et la taille de l'encombrement.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les messages routiers sont codés numériquement d'après le protocole ALERT-C et l'élément supplémentaire est le label 12.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la zone de données du label 12 comprend trois bits pour sélectionner la route qui bifurque sur laquelle s'étend l'encombrement, un bit pour la direction correspondante et quatre bits pour la taille de l'extension sur cette route,
    et huit autres bits sont prévus pour un codage identique pour le cas où l'encombrement s'étende encore au-delà d'un autre carrefour.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    lorsque l'encombrement s'étend sur plus de trois routes, un label 12 est codé et transmis pour deux autres routes à chaque fois.
  5. Procédé pour décoder des messages routiers codés d'après le procédé selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    lorsqu'un message routier comprend un endroit, une route, une direction et une taille et concerne un encombrement, le label 12 est exploité de telle manière qu'à partir du croisement de la route codée dans le message routier, à l'aide de la route codée dans le label 12 et dans la direction indiquée dans le label 12, grâce à la taille indiquée dans le label 12 on détermine un endroit qui signifie que l'encombrement prend fin au cas où aucune autre extension de l'encombrement n'est codée dans le label 12.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'endroit où l'encombrement prend fin est lu sur le tableau de localisation le long de l'autre route lorsqu'une autre route est codée dans le label 12.
