Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Codierung straßenübergreifender Verkehrsbehinderungen bei digital codierten Verkehrsmeldungen, welche als Elemente einen an einer Straße liegenden Ort und das Ausmaß und die Richtung der Verkehrsbehinderung enthalten und anhand einer Ortstabelle decodiert werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei gemeldeten Verkehrsbehinderungen, die sich aufgrund ihres Ausmaßes über eine Abzweigung hinaus auf eine andere Straße erstrecken, durch ein weiteres Element codiert wird, auf welcher der abzweigenden Straßen, in welcher Richtung und in welchem Ausmaß sich die gemeldete Verkehrsbehinderung erstreckt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die digitale Codierung der Verkehrsmeldungen nach dem ALERT-C-Protokoll erfolgt und daß das zusätzliche Element das Label 12 ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Datenfeld des Labels 12 drei Bit zur Auswahl der an die Abzweigung anschließenden Straße, auf welcher sich die Verkehrsbehinderung erstreckt, ein Bit für die zugehörige Richtung und vier Bit für das Ausmaß der Erstreckung auf dieser Straße umfaßt und daß weitere acht Bit zur gleichartigen Codierung für den Fall vorgesehen sind, daß sich die Verkehrsbehinderung noch über einen weiteren Straßenwechsel erstreckt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Erstreckung der Verkehrsbehinderung über mehr als drei Straßen für jeweils zwei weitere Straßen ein zusätzliches Label 12 codiert und übertragen wird.
- Verfahren zur Decodierung von mit dem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4 codierten Verkehrsmeldungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einer mit einem Ort, einer Straße, einer Richtung und einem Ausmaß versehenen, eine Verkehrsbehinderung betreffenden Verkehrsmeldung das Label 12 derart ausgewertet wird, daß von der Kreuzung der in der Verkehrsmeldung codierten Straße ausgehend, mit der in dem Label 12 codierten Straße und in der im Label 12 angegebenen Richtung das im Label 12 angegebene Ausmaß ein Ort bestimmt wird, der für den Fall, daß keine weitere Erstreckung der Verkehrsbehinderung im Label 12 codiert ist, das Ende der Verkehrsbehinderung bedeutet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Codierung einer weiteren Straße im Label 12 aus der Ortstabelle entlang der weiteren Straße der Ort des Endes der Verkehrsbehinderung ausgelesen wird.
