Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Befestigung mindestens einer starren Tafel wie einer Glastafel aus verbundglas mit mindestens zwei Flanken (1, 2), die gegeneinander gedrückt werden sollen und miteinander verbunden sind, an einer Tragkonstruktion mit Hilfe einer
Befestigungsvorrichtung, welche ein langliniges Befestigungselement (8) besitzt, dessen distales Ende (10), das sich also in der Nähe der Tafel befindet, einerseits mit Einspannelementen verbunden ist, die ein ringförmiges Anschlagelement (11) aufweisen, das mit einer Zusatzfläche (7b) einer Durchgangsöffnung, die im wesentlichen kegelstumpfförmig ist (7), und die sich in einer der Flanken (1, 2) befindet, sowie mit einer Spannmutter (15) zusammenwirken kann, und andererseits mit Blockierelementen (18, 19) das langlinigen Elementes (8) an der Tafel verbunden ist, wobei das proximale Ende (9) des langlinigen Elementes (8) Verbindungselemente (9) an der Konstruktion besitzt, und das verfahren die Schritte umfasst, dass:- die distale Flanke (2) gegen die proximale Flanke(1) gedrückt und mit ihr verbunden wird,- das ringförmige Element (11) angeordnet wird,wobei das Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die kegelstumpfförmige Öffnung (7) in der distalen Flanke (2) realisiert wird, und dass eine Durchgangsöffnung (6) mit einem größeren Durchmesser als den der kegelstumpfförmigen Öffnung (7) in der proximalen Flanke (1) realisiert wird, so dass sich die Einspannelemente ausschließlich auf der distalen Flanke (2) abstützen. - verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannmutter (15) eingebette ist, wenn sie in der Durchgangsöffnung (6) montiert ist, die in der proximalen Flanke (1) realisiert wurde.
- Bausatz mit starren Tafeln und einer Befestigungsvorrichtung für mindestens eine starre Tafel wie eine Glastafel aus Verbundglas mit mindestens zwei Flanken (1, 2), die gegeneinander gedrückt werden und miteinander verbunden sind, an einer Tragkonstruktion,
wobei die Vorrichtung ein langliniges Befestigungselement (8) besitzt, dessen distales Ende (10), das sich also in der Nähe der Tafel befindet, einerseits mit Einspannelementen verbunden ist, die ein ringförmiges Anschlagelement (11) aufweisen, das mit einer Zusatzfläche (7b) einer Durchgangsöffnung, die im wesentlichen kegelstumpfförmig ist (7), und die sich in einer der Flanken (1, 2) befindet, sowie mit einer Spannmutter (15) zusammenwirken kann, und andererseits mit Blockierelementen (18, 19) des langlinigen Elementes (8) an der Tafel verbunden ist, wobei das proximale Ende (9) des langlinigen Elementes (8) Verbindungselemente (9) an der Konstruktion besitzt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kegelstumpfförmige Öffnung (7) in der distalen Flanke (2) realisiert wird, und dass eine Durchgangsöffnung (6) mit einem größeren Durchmesser als dem der kegelstumpfförmigen Öffnung (7) in der proximalen Flanke (1) realisiert wird, so dass sich die Einspannelemente ausschließlich auf der distalen Flanke (2) abstützen. - Bausatz nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannmutter (15) eingebettet ist, wenn sie in der Durchgangsöffnung (6) montiert ist, die in der proximalen Flanke (1) realisier wurde.
- Bausatz nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe des ringförmigen Elementes (11) niedriger als oder gleich der Gesamtstärke der beiden Flanken (1, 2) ist.
- Bausatz nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blockierelemente (18, 19) ein Halteelement (18) besitzen, das mit dem ringförmigen Element (11) zusammenwirkt.
- Bausatz nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem ringförmigen Element (11) um einen Ring handelt.
- Bausatz nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (11) eine Platte (11a) besitzt, die mit der Zusatzfläche (7b) der im wesentlichen kegelstumpfförmigen Durchgangsöffnung (7) zusammenwirkt.
- Bausatz nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das distale Ende (10) des langlinigen Befestigungselementes (8) die Form eines Kugelgelenkes hat.
- Bausatz nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ringförmige Element (11) und das Halteelement (8) eine Aufnahme begrenzen, mit den das Kugelgelenk (10) in der schubbewegung verriegelt weiden kann.
