Abstract

Die Einrichtung weist einen Behälter (3) auf, der im wesentlichen die Form eines Rotationskörpers hat und aus zwei voneinander lösbaren vertikalachsigen Halbschalen (4, 5) besteht. Der Behälter (3) hat vorzugsweise die Form einer Kugel mit einem in der oberen Halbschale (4) angeordneten Gut-Einlass (6) und einem im Boden der unteren Halbschale (5) angeordneten Gut-Auslass (10). Im Behälter (3) ist zudem ein um eine höchstens 20° geneigte Achse drehbarer Rührer (16) angeordnet, der mit einer auf der oberen Halbschale (4) angeordneten Antriebsvorrichtung (8) verbunden ist und beim Betrieb der Einrichtung das gesamte Gut erfasst und ständig umwälzt. Die Einrichtung ist als Trockner, Mischer sowie bei Einführung einer geeigneten Flüssigkeit auch als Granulator geeignet und neben der chemischen Synthese auch als Reaktor, zum Beispiel in der galenisch-pharmazeutischen Fertigungsstufe, in kombinierten Anwendungen einsetzbar. Besondere Vorteile der erfindungsgemässen Einrichtung sind die Druckstoss-Festigkeit und die einfache Wartung und Reinigung durch Trennen der unteren Halbschale (5) von der ortsfest gehaltenen oberen Halbschale (4).
