Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Befestigen eines stabförmigen Teiles (2), vorzugsweise mit zylindrischem Querschnitt, in einer dieses umfassenden Halterung (1). Sie betrifft ferner einen in einer Halterung (1) befestigten Gewindestab (2) und die Verwendung eines derartigen Gewindestabes (2).
Um eine hochzugfeste Verbindung zwischen einem stabförmigen Teil (2) und seiner Halterung (1) zu schaffen, die kostengünstig herstellbar und auch bei bereits mit einer Beschichtung versehenen Teilen realisierbar ist, wird im Rahmen der Erfindung das folgende Verfahren vorgeschlagen:
  • a.) Herstellen einer flächigen Halterung (1), die an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seitenkanten (3,4) Elemente (5,6) zum formschlüssigen Ineinandergreifen aufweist,
  • b.) Hochbiegen der Seitenkanten (3,4) der Halterung (1),
  • c.) Formen der Halterung (1) zu einer dem stabförmigen Teil (2) entsprechenden Querschnittsform,
  • d.) Einführen des stabförmigen Teiles (2) in die Halterung (1),
  • e.) Verprägen der Halterung (1) um das stabförmige Teil (2).
