Claims (10)
- Rückhaltevorrichtung für Rotorschaufeln einer Axialturbomaschine, die an einer Rotorscheibe (2) Schaufelfußaufnahmen (12) zur Aufnahme von Rotorschaufeln (4) aufweist, welche diese in radialer Richtung fixieren, die weiterhin einen geschlossenen, umlaufenden Rückhaltering (1) zur axialen Fixierung der Rotorschaufeln (4) in den Schaufelfußaufnahmen (12) und eine Verriegelungseinrichtung (19) zum Festlegen des Rückhalterings (1) in axialer Richtung aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Rückhaltering (1) an seinem Außenumfang mit Abschnitten der Schaufelfußaufnahmen korrespondierende Aussparungen (7) und erhabene Abschnitte (17) aufweist. - Rückhaltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die erhabenen Abschnitte (17) am Außenumfang des Rückhalterings (1) trapezförmig mit abschnittsweise bogenförmigen Flanken ausgebildet sind. - Rückhaltevorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
im unteren Drittel des Schaufelfußes (3) in axialer Richtung eine Haltenase (18) hervorsteht, die in Umfangsrichtung eine Rückhalterille (5) zur Aufnahme der erhabenen Abschnitte (17) des Außenumfangs des Rückhalterings (1) aufweist. - Rückhaltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die erhabenen Abschnitte (17) am Außenumfang sägezahnartig ausgebildet sind. - Rückhaltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Schaufelfuß (3) im unteren Drittel mit den sägezahnförmigen Abschnitten des Rückhalterings (1) korrespondierende Aussparungen (7) aufweist. - Rückhaltevorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Verriegelungseinrichtung (19) durch am Rückhaltering (1) nach innen hervorstehende Abschnitte (20) und damit korrespondierende in axialer Richtung von der Rotorscheibe (2) hervorstehenden Klauen (21) gebildet ist. - Rückhaltevorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Rückhaltering (1) jeweils weniger als ein Drittel der Höhe des Schaufelfuβes (3) überdeckt. - Rückhaltevorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
eine Arretiereinrichtung (8) zum Festlegen des Rückhalterings (1) in Umfangsrichtung vorgesehen ist. - Rückhaltevorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
auf der Oberseite der am Umfang der Rotorscheibe (2) zwischen den Schaufelfußaufnahmen (12) hervorstehenden Scheibenpfosten (25) und der Unterseite der Schaufelplattformen (26) jeweils eine Dichtfläche (15) vorgesehen ist. - Rückhaltevorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Schaufelfußaufnahme (12) eine Verzahnung aufweist.
