Claims (10)
- Formschneidemaschine, insbesondere für Schaumstoff, mit folgenden Merkmalen:gekennzeichnet durch folgende Ausbildung:ein Werkstücktisch (1), der einen Tischspalt (4) und einen Antrieb (2) für Werkstücke (3) in Längsrichtung über den Tischspalt hinweg (X-Richtung) aufweist;ein stationärer Rahmen (10), der den Werkstücktisch (1) nahe des Tischspaltes (4) umgibt;ein endloses Schneidelement (30), das den Tischspalt (4) durchsetzt, über Radscheiben (31 bis 34) gespannt wird und in vertikaler Richtung (Z-Richtung) durch einen Schneidbereich (30d) antreibbar ist;Antriebsmittel (60) zum Antrieb des den Tischspalt durchsetzenden Schneidelements (30) in Querrichtung des Tisches (Y-Richtung),ein beweglicher Schneidelementträger (20), der die Radscheiben (31 bis 34) trägt und eine erste Schneidbereich-Seite (20d) sowie eine zweite, gegenüberliegend Seite (20c) bestimmt;erste Abstütz- und Führungsmittel (11, 12, 51, 52), um den Schneidaggregatträger (20) nahe seiner ersten Schneidbereich-Seite (20d) in Tischquerrichtung (Y-Richtung) abzustützen und zu führen;zweite Abstütz- und Führungsmittel (41, 42, 43, 44), um den Schneidaggregatträger (20) nahe seiner zweiten Seite (20c) in Tischlängsrichtung (X-Richtung) abzustützen und zu führen.
- Formschneidemaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten Abstütz- und Führungsmittel Wagen oder Schlitten (51, 52) sowie Führungen (11, 12) umfassen, die sich oberhalb bzw. unterhalb des Tischspaltes (4) in Tischquerrichtung (Y) erstrecken und am stationären Rahmen (10) angebracht sind. - Formschneidemaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegliche Schneidelementträger (20) eine die Länge des Tischspaltes (4) übersteigende Länge aufweist und daß die zweiten Abstütz- und Führungsmittel weitere Wagen oder Schlitten (43, 44) und weitere Führungen (41, 42) umfassen, die an einem Ständer (40) angebracht sind, der sich an einer Längsseite des Werkstücktisches (1) befindet. - Formschneidemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneidelementträger (20) vier Eckstücke (21, 22, 23, 24) mit jeweils daran gelagerten Radscheiben (31, 32, 33, 34) und wenigstens zwei Stangen (25, 26) umfaßt, wobei die Radscheiben (31, 32, 33, 34) im Viereck mit zwei oberen (22, 23) und zwei unteren (21, 24) Eckstücken angeordnet sind und die eine Stange (25) die unteren Eckstücke (21, 24) und die andere Stange (26) die oberen Eckstücke (22, 23) miteinander verbinden, um den horizontalen Abstand der oberen bzw. unteren Radscheiben voneinander zu bestimmen. - Formschneidemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneidelementträger zwei die erste Seite (20d) begrenzende Schwenklager (54, 55) und zwei die zweite Seite (20c) begrenzende Schwenklager (45, 46) aufweist und über diese Schwenklager (45, 46, 54, 55) mit den Wagen oder Schlitten (43, 44, 51, 52) verbunden ist, die entlang der X-Richtung bzw. der Y-Richtung geführt sind. - Formschneidemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schneidelement (30) ein Bandmesser ist und daß eine Messerdreheinrichtung (70) am stationären Rahmen (10) angebracht ist, durch welche das Bandmesser im Schneidbereich (30d) in gewünschter Drehebene nachgeführt wird. - Formschneidemaschine nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine mittlere, höhenverstellbare Führung (13) parallel zu der oberen und unteren Führung (11, 12) vorgesehen ist und einen oberen Messerdrehkopf (71) der Messerdreheinrichtung (70) trägt. - Formschneidemaschine nach Anspruch 5 in Rückbeziehung auf Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenklager (54, 55), die der ersten Seite (20d) des Schneidelementträgers (20) zugeordnet sind, eine Achse definieren, die mit der Achse der Messerdreheinrichtung (70) zusammenfällt und durch die Schneidkante des Bandmessers (30) führt. - Formschneidemaschine nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere, höhenverstellbare Messerdrehkopf (71) Stützrollen (73) zum Niederhalten und Stabilisieren des Werkstückes (3) trägt. - Formschneidemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegliche Schneidelementträger (20) zwei die zweite Seite (20c) begrenzende Eckstücke (23, 24) aufweist, wovon an einem Eckstück (24) ein Schleifapparat (36) für das Bandmesser (30) angebracht ist und an dem weiteren Eckstück (23) eine Spanneinrichtung (37) für das Bandmesser angebracht ist.
