Claims (5)
- Druckkopf für einen Ink-Jet-Printer zum Einsetzen einer Flüssigkeitspatrone (1), wobei der Druckkopf (2) einen mit einem Sieb (12) abgeschlossenen Stutzen (11) aufweist, auf den ein elastomerer Dichtring (17) aufgesetzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtring (17) auf einer Stirnfläche des Stutzen (11) abgestützt ist und eine Stirnfläche (21) aufweist, gegen welche ein eine Öffnung (31) der Flüssigkeitspatrone (1) umgebender Dichtwulst (32) abdichtet, und dass der Druckkopf (2) eine annähernd parallel zur Stirnfläche (21) des Dichtrings (17) verlaufende Gegenschulter (34) zum Einrasten einer Einrastschulter (33) der Flüssigkeitspatrone hat.
- Druckkopf nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Stirnfläche (21) des Dichtrings (13) aufgrund des Einrastens gegen den Dichtwulst (32) in Achsrichtung der Öffnung (31) und des Stutzens (11) pressbar ist.
- Druckkopf nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Dichtring (17) einen hülsenförmigen Ansatz (19) hat, in welchen ein Faserdocht (20) eingesetzt ist, der das Sieb (12) direkt oder indirekt berührt und dessen Fasern annähernd senkrecht zum Sieb verlaufen.
- Druckkopf nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Ansatz (19) einen kleineren Aussendurchmesser hat als die Öffnung (31) der Flüssigkeitspatrone (1), die zum Aufsetzen auf einen Tropfenerzeuger (2) vorgesehen ist.
- Flüssigkeitspatrone für einen Tropfenerzeuger (2), insbesondere Tintenpatrone (1) für einen Druckkopf eines Ink-Jet-Printers gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, umfassend ein Gehäuse (25) mit einer Bodenwand (26), Seitenwänden (27, 28, 29) und einer Deckwand (30), wobei eine erste (27) dieser Wände eine Öffnung (31) zum Aufsetzen auf den Tropfenerzeuger (2) und eine zweite Wand (26) ein Rastelement zum Einrasten im Tropfenerzeuger (2) enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich um die Öffnung (31) ein in Richtung ihrer Achse vorstehenden Dichtwulst (32) zum axialen Abdichten gegen eine elastomere Dichtung (17) des Tropfenerzeugers (2) erstreckt und das Rastelement eine zur ersten Wand (27) annähernd parallele Einrastschulter (33) zum Einrasten im Tropfenerzeuger ist.
