Claims (18)
- Kraftwagentürschamier mit integriertem Türfeststeller, welcher mit einem aus einer ersten am einen Türanordnungsteil, Tür oder Türsäule, und einer zweiten am anderen Türanordnungsteil anschlagbaren Schamierhälfte und einem beide Schamierhälften schwenkbar verbindenden Scharnierstift (4) bestehenden Türschamier baulich vereinigt ist und ein durch eine an einer der beiden Schamierhälften (1, 2) drehsicher abgestützte, aus einem Torsions-Federstab gebildete Drehstabfeder (5) belastetes radial auskragendes Rastglied (6) sowie ein feststehend am Scharnierstift (4) angeordnetes, nebeneinanderliegende Rastmarken (12) aufweisendes Widerlager umfaßt, wobei die Rastenausbildung (7) am in einer Schamieraugenbohrung (17) aufgenommenen Scharnierstift (4) angeordnet ist, das Rastglied (6) mit dem einen Ende der Drehstabfeder (5) verbunden und dem Rastglied (6) ein zur Schamierachse paralleles Stützlager zugeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
in der einen Scharnierhälfte eine das Rastglied (6) aufnehmende, parallel zur Scharnierachse ausgerichtete und mindestens über einen Teil ihrer Höhe hin in die Scharnieraugenbohrung (17) übergehende Kammer (16) ausgespart ist, deren eine im wesentlichen dem Schamierstift (4) gegenüberliegende Wandung die Kontur einer Zylindermantelfläche (20) aufweist und das Stützlager für das Rastglied (6) bildet. - Türfeststeller nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rastglied (6) in derjenigen Schamierhälfte (1) angeordnet ist, in welcher der Scharnierstift (4) mit Laufsitz aufgenommen ist, über einen Teil der Höhe dieser Scharnierhälfte hin reicht, wobei die am Scharnierstift (4) angeordnete Rastenausbildung (7) von deren außenliegender Gewerbeoberfläche beabstandet sich über einen einem Teil der Höhe dieser Scharnierhälfte entsprechenden Längenabschnitt (4) des Scharnierstiftes hin erstreckt.
- Türfeststeller nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rastglied (6) in einem deren Lagerung am Scharnierstift (4) nach oben überragenden Teil der einen Schamierhälfte (1) untergebracht ist.
- Türfeststeller nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rastglied (6) eine im wesentlichen birnenförmige Profilquerschnittsform aufweist und der die Drehstabfeder bildende Torsionsfederstab (5) eine Augenbohrung im Bauchteil der Profilform des Rastgliedes (6) durchgreift.
- Türfeststeller nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rastglied (6) eine im wesentlichen bügelförmige Profilquerschnittsform aufweist und der die Drehstabfeder bildende Torsionsfederstab (5) eine Augenbohrung im einen, einen verdickten Durchmesser aufweisenden, zumindest teilzylindrischen Ende der Bügelform angeordnete Augenbohrung durchsetzt.
- Türfeststeller nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bauchteil der birnenförmigen Profilquerschnittsform bzw. das den verdickten Durchmesser aufweisende, zumindest teilzylindrische Ende der Bügelform des Rastgliedes mit einer teilkreisförmigen, zum Scharnierstift (4) parallelen und eine Lagerfläche bildenden Zylinderfläche ausgestattet sind, welcher als Stützlager eine komplementäre halbschalenförmige Widerlagerfläche (20) innerhalb der Ausnehmung der Schamierhälfte zugeordnet ist.
- Türfeststeller nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der die Drehstabfeder bildende Torsionsfederstab (5) über einen ersten Teil seiner Gesamtlänge hin in einer Ausnehmung (10) der einen Scharnierhälfte (1) aufgenommen und an seinem einen Ende drehsicher abgestützt ist, über einen zweiten Teil seiner Gesamtlänge hin in einer Bohrung im Rastglied (6) aufgenommen und an seinem anderen Ende mit drehsicher mit dem Rastglied (6) verbunden ist.
- Türfeststeller nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rastglied (6) durch einen Längenabschnitt eines Profilmaterials, beispielsweise eines Strangpressprofilmaterials gebildet ist.
- Türfeststeller nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die am Schamierstift (4) angeordnete Rastenanordnung (7) am Außenumfang einer Rastenbuchse (11) angeordnet ist, welche über eine Innenumfangsprofilierung und einen zu dieser komplementär profilierten Längenabschnitt des Scharnierstiftschaftes drehsicher mit dem Scharnierstift (4) verbunden ist.
- Türfeststeller nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das dem Rastglied zugeordnete Stützlager durch eine an einem in eine radial zum Scharnierstift offene Kammer im Scharnierflügel der einen Schamierhälfte eingreifenden Schließstück (18) ausgebildete halbschalenförmige Lagerfläche (20) gebildet ist.
- Türfeststeller nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das in eine radial zum Scharnierstift (4) ausgerichtete und das Rastglied (6) aufnehmende Kammer (16) im Scharnierflügel eingreifende Schließstück (18) stufenförmig ausgebildet ist und in seinem unteren Bereich nacheinander einen Teil der den die Drehstabfeder bildenden Torsionsfederstab (5) aufnehmenden Ausnehmung (19) begrenzt und die eine Hälfte der drehsicheren Einspannung des die Drehstabfeder bildenden Torsionsfederstabes (5) in der einen Scharnierhälfte (1) bildet.
- Türfeststeller nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rastglied (6) vermittels einer zwischengeschalteten Gleitscheibe (28) reibungsarm auf dem die ihm zugeordnete Kammer (16) nach unten begrenzenden Wandungsteil des Schließstückes aufliegt.
- Türfeststeller nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die das Rastglied (6) aufnehmende Kammer (16) zur oberen Gewerbefläche (23) der sie aufnehmenden Scharnierhälfte (1) hin durch eine Abschlußplatte (24) abgeschlossen ist.
- Türfeststeller nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem mit der Rastenanordnung (7) am Scharnierstift (4) zusammenwirkenden Ende eine das Eingriffsteil des Rastgliedes bildende Nadel (15) drehbar gelagert ist.
- Türfeststeller nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
in dem Bereich, in dem das Rastglied eingreift, eine auf dem Scharnierstift (4) außenliegend angeordnete und mit diesem drehsicher verbundene Buchse (11) angeordnet ist, an der die Rastmarken (12) ausgebildet sind, wobei die Buchse (11) das Widerlager bildet. - Türfeststeller gemäß Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schamierstift (4) zumindest in dem Bereich des Schaftteils, in dem die Buchse (11) angeordnet ist, ein Außenumfangsprofil aufweist, das formschlüssig an einem am Innenumfang der Buchse komplementär ausgebildeten Profil anliegt.
- Türfeststeller gemäß Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Buchse in axialer Richtung in mindestens zwei Abschnitte geteilt ist.
- Türfeststeller nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastausnehmungen (7) in der auf den Scharnierstift (4) aufgesetzten Rastenbuchse (11) durch halbrunde radiale Vertiefungen (12) gebildet sind.
