Description
Ein solcher PC-System-Ständer ist vorzugsweise auf Rollen verfahrbar.
Derartige Traggestelle können auch für Karteien und Ablagen in Büros, aber auch für Arbeitsplätze in anderen Betrieben dienen, ebenso wie für Regale.
Die Flanschen entsprechen also in ihrem Querschnitt im wesentlichen dem Profil der Anlageflächen an den Säulen, sind aber etwas stärker abgewinkelt oder gewölbt.
Die Fachböden sind bei diesem Regal von zwei seitlichen Winkelprofilen getragen, an denen außen je eine Halbschale angebracht ist, die zur Anlage gegen eine Säule gelangt, während ein Zapfen in je ein Loch der Säule eingreift. Die Halbschale ist also nicht gegen die Säule angepreßt, so daß die Verbindung nicht kraftschlüssig, sondern nur formschlüssig ist, diese Verbindung ist weniger fest und sicher, vor allem weniger zur Aufnahme außermittiger Lasten geeignet.
Die vorgespannte Verbindung wird vorzugsweise dadurch realisiert, daß jeder Flansch eine obere Schrauböffnung und eine untere Schrauböffnung hat, deren Abstand voneinander dem Abstand entsprechender Gewindeöffnungen an der Säule entspricht. Dank der jeweils zwei Schraubverbindungen bzw. dank des veitikalen Abstandes zwischen den Schraubverbindungen vermindern sich die von den jeweiligen Schrauben aufzunehmenden Kräfte bei der Übertragung der Drehmomente aufgrund außermittiger Belastung des Fachbodens. Vorteilhaft ist dabei die untere Schrauböffnung zum unteren Rand des Flansches hin offen, vorzugsweise konisch geöffnet. Bei der Montage kann somit der Flansch mit seiner unten konisch offenen Schrauböffnung von oben auf eine nur halb eingedrehte Schraube eingefahren und aufgesetzt werden; dies erfolgt vorzugsweise im wesentlichen gleichzeitig an beiden Säulen; jetzt ruht der Fachboden bereits stabil auf den beiden unteren Schrauben. Nun kann jeweils die obere Schraube in aller Ruhe eingeschraubt und schließlich können alle Schrauben fest angezogen werden.

Die - von Rohren gebildeten - Säulen 1 sind mit einer Reihe von Gewindeöffnungen 7 versehen. Die Fachböden 4,5,6 sind an der Mitte ihrer Schmalseiten mit dem Rücken 8a je eines vertikalen Flansches 8 verbunden, dessen Querschnitt demjenigen der Säulen 1 im Bereich der Gewindeöffnungen entspricht, aber etwas enger bzw. stärker gekrümmt ist als das Profil der Säulen in diesem Querschnittsbereich. Die Seitenränder oder Flügel 9 der konkaven Flansche 8 haben also einen etwas kleineren Abstand a voneinander als die Weite oder Breite b zwischen den entsprechenden Anlageflächen 10 an der jeweiligen Säule 1.
Zur Aufnahme der auftretenden Kippmomente ist der Querschnitt der Säulen längsgestreckt, vgl. Fig. 2 und 3 bzw. Fig. 7.
Claims (5)
- Traggestell für einen PC-Arbeitsplatz, ein Regal oder dergleichen, mit nur zwei tragenden Säulen (1), die von je einem, sich in der Sichtrichtung des Benutzers erstreckenden, unteren Tragelement (2) getragen sind und zwischen denen wenigstens ein horizontaler Fachboden (4,5,6) anbringbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß je zwei konkave Flansche (8) mit ihren Rücken (8a) mit je einer von zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Fachbodens (4,5,6) verbunden sind,daß die Seitenränder bzw. Flügel (9) der Flansche (8) einen kleineren Abstand (a) voneinander haben als die Weite (b) zwischen entsprechenden Anlageflächen (10) an den Säulen (1),und daß jeder Flansch (8) mittels wenigstens eines Verbindungselementes an die ihm zugewandte Säule (1) anpreßbar ist. - Traggestell nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rücken (8a) jedes Flansches (8) eine obere Schrauböffnung (11) und eine untere Schrauböffnung (13) hat, deren Abstand voneinander dem Abstand entsprechender Gewindeöffnungen (7) an den Säulen (1) entspricht. - Traggestell nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die untere Schrauböffnung (13) zum unteren Rand des Flanschrückens (8a) offen, vorzugsweise konisch geöffnet ist. - Traggestell nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Säulen (1) längs zweier einander gegenüberliegenden Mantellinien mit je einer Reihe von Gewindeöffnungen (7) versehen sind. - Traggestell nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Muttergewinde von Gewindenippeln (7a) gebildet sind, die je an der Innenseite von Einstecköffnungen (7b) vorgesehen sind.
