Abstract

Um bei einem Ultraschallwandler (2) mit mehreren Wandlerelementen (30) hohe Prüffrequenzen zu erzielen und gleichzeitig eine einfache Herstellbarkeit zu gewährleisten, ist vorgesehen, auf einen piezoelektrischen Körper, insbesondere eine Piezokeramik (6), eine Leiterbahnfolie (8) mit einem Leiterbahnmuster (24,36) aufzubringen, wobei die geometrische Verteilung der einzelnen Wandlerelemente (30) im Wesentlichen durch das Leiterbahnmuster (24,36) bestimmt ist.
