Abstract
Description
- la pompe est apte à aspirer le mélange contenu dans le réservoir à travers un orifice d'aspiration situé à proximité du fond dudit réservoir, et ladite turbine est montée coaxialement audit orifice d'aspiration ;
- l'agitateur à palette tournante et la turbine sont formés d'une seule pièce, qui est montée de façon à pouvoir tourner librement sur et/ou dans une partie cylindrique du dispositif de mise en pression, qui définit ledit orifice d'aspiration ;
- la pièce formant agitateur et turbine est constituée par une bague ayant des aubes de turbines sur sa surface cylindrique intérieure, des palettes agitatrices sur sa surface périphérique extérieure et une partie formant moyeu pour son montage à rotation sur et/ou dans ladite partie cylindrique du dispositif de mise en pression ;
- ladite bague comporte une pluralité de languettes flexibles, qui sont liées par une de leurs extrémités à une extrémité de ladite bague, s'étendent parallèlement à l'axe géométrique central de la bague, à égales distances dudit axe, et portent à leur extrémité opposée un ergot d'encliquetage apte à s'encliqueter derrière un épaulement annulaire formé sur ou dans ladite partie cylindrique du dispositif de mise en pression.
- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective, avec arrachement, montrant un appareil pulvérisateur de type connu pouvant être équipé d'un agitateur à palette tournante selon l'invention ;
- la figure 2 est une vue partielle en coupe verticale montrant l'agitateur qui est adapté à l'orifice d'aspiration du dispositif de mise en pression de l'appareil pulvérisateur de la figure 1 ; et
- les figures 3 et 4 sont des vues en coupe verticale, à plus grande échelle, montrant deux modes de montage de l'agitateur.
Claims (5)
- Appareil pulvérisateur comportant un réservoir (1) destiné à contenir un mélange à pulvériser, composé d'un liquide et d'un produit de traitement, un dispositif de mise en pression (3) pour mettre sous pression au moins une partie du mélange contenu dans le réservoir, un moyen agitateur (31) pour agiter le mélange contenu dans le réservoir, et au moins un tuyau (6) pour conduire le mélange mis sous pression à un organe (7) de projection dudit mélange, ledit moyen agitateur (31) étant constitué par un agitateur à palette tournante (32, 36) qui est mû par une turbine (32, 35) et qui comporte au moins une palette (36) orientée de manière à créer un courant de liquide propre à homogénéiser le mélange contenu dans le réservoir, en particulier dans la partie inférieure de celui-ci, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de mise en pression (3) comporte une pompe (4), et en ce que la turbine (32, 35) est disposée dans le réservoir (1) de façon à être entraínée en rotation par un courant de fluide en réponse à l'actionnement de la pompe (4).
- Appareil pulvérisateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de mise en pression (3) comporte une pompe (4) apte à aspirer le mélange contenu dans le réservoir (1) à travers un orifice d'aspiration (28) situé à proximité du fond (1a) dudit réservoir, et en ce que ladite turbine (32) est montée coaxialement audit orifice d'aspiration.
- Appareil pulvérisateur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'agitateur à palette tournante et la turbine sont formés d'une seule pièce (32), qui est montée de façon à pouvoir tourner librement sur et/ou dans une partie cylindrique (33) du dispositif de mise en pression (3), qui définit ledit orifice d'aspiration (28).
- Appareil pulvérisateur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la pièce (32) formant agitateur et turbine est constituée par une bague (34) ayant des aubes de turbine (35) sur sa surface cylindrique intérieure, des palettes agitatrices (36) sur sa surface périphérique extérieure et une partie formant moyeu (37) pour son montage à rotation sur et/ou dans ladite partie cylindrique (33) du dispositif de mise en pression (3).
- Appareil pulvérisateur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ladite bague (34) comporte une pluralité de languettes flexibles (38) qui sont liées par une de leurs extrémités à une extrémité de ladite bague, s'étendent parallèlement à l'axe géométrique central de la bague, à égales distances dudit axe, et portent à leur extrémité opposée un ergot d'encliquetage (38a) apte à s'encliqueter derrière un épaulement annulaire (39) formé sur ou dans ladite partie cylindrique (33) du dispositif de mise en pression (3).
