Claims (8)
- Remplissage léger pour la formation d'ílots surélevés à bord des navires, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est réalisé au moyen de coupoles (10) posées au sol (22), accolées, limitées et retenues par les étambrais périmétraux (11), lesdites coupoles (10) étant recouvertes par un matériau de remplissage incombustible (12), de façon à former une surface supérieure plate (13), après avoir interposé un grillage en laine de verre (14) à un certain niveau, entre le sommet (15) des coupoles (10) et la surface supérieure plate (13).
- Remplissage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les coupoles (10) sont réalisées en polyéthylène additionné de agrégats ininflammables, alors qu'à l'intérieur des coupoles, se trouvent des nervures (21) de renfort qui, au moment de la construction des coupoles, sont fondues en bloc dans le matériau qui constitue la coupole (10) et par le fait que le matériau de remplissage (12) est incombustible et qu'il est malaxé comme un mortier, avec adjonction de liants, qu'il se solidifie et devient autoporteur.
- Remplissage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les coupoles (10) sont essentiellement constituées par des voûtes bohémiennes soutenues par quatre piédroits (17), aux pieds desquels il y a des ailettes plates (18), posées directement sur le sol et que, latéralement, la voûte termine avec quatre arcs (23).
- Remplissage selon les revendications 1 et 3, caractérisé par le fait que les ailettes plates (18) ont des rebords de renfort (19) et de limitation (20) du matériau de remplissage.
- Procédé de réalisation du remplissage selon les revendications 1 et 2,
caractérisé par le fait que les agrégats ininflammables sont à base d'alumines et d'halogènes libres structurels. - Procédé de réalisation du remplissage selon les revendications 1 et 2,
caractérisé par le fait que le matériau de remplissage (12) est un matériau en ciment, allégé, renforcé de fibres, anti-retrait et auto-nivelant, avec charges microcellulaires vitreuses, à cellule fermée, préalablement malaxées au matériau en question. - Procédé de réalisation du remplissage selon les revendications 1 et 2,
caractérisé par le fait que le matériau de remplissage (12) utilisé est un produit connu sous la dénomination commerciale de "CORLATEX". - Procédé de réalisation du remplissage selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé par le fait que sur le sol (22) sont posées les coupoles (10) à l'intérieur des étambrais (11), de façon à ce que les arcs (23) soient adjacents les uns par rapport aux autres et que, après avoir termine la mise en oeuvre des coupoles (10), on remplit les espaces vides (16) entre les coupoles (10) et au-dessus de celles-ci, avec le matériau de remplissage (12), malaxé avec la consistance d'un mortier de ciment, de façon à créer une surface plate au-dessus des sommets (15) des coupoles (10); ensuite, on effectue la pose d'un grillage en laine de verre (14), puis on termine le remplissage jusqu'à la cote souhaitée, avec une surface supérieure plate (13).
