- La figure 1 est un schéma-bloc de ce dispositif de commande;
- la figure 2 est un schéma d'organisation du stockage des informations dans la mémoire du dispositif de commande.
Claims (5)
- Dispositif de commande d'une machine de découpage d'ébauches dans un matériau en feuille, cette machine (5) comprenant une série d'outils de découpage interchangeables en fonction des ébauches à découper, des organes réglables en fonction des travaux à effectuer à l'aide de chacun desdits outils et des organes pour actionner lesdits organes réglables, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une mémoire (1) associée à chacun desdits outils de découpage, pour stocker des données relatives aux caractéristiques dudit outil et à celles des opérations de réglage de ladite machine (5) à effectuer pour utiliser cet outil, des moyens de lecture (2) pour lire les données (12) contenues dans ladite mémoire (1), des moyens (3) pour afficher un menu relatif aux dites données et des moyens de commande (4) pour générer et transmettre des signaux de commande (6, 7, 8) aux dits organes d'actionnement en fonction dudit menu.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de commande (4) sont agencés pour recevoir des données (7, 8) relatives à ladite machine (5) et pour les transmettre à ladite mémoire (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite mémoire (1) comporte une zone de données (12) divisée en cellules (13-17), un code d'identification de données (ID) définissant la cellule à laquelle correspond chaque donnée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdits codes d'identification de données (ID) attribués aux données contenues dans une mémoire (1) sont conçus pour être compatibles seulement avec les machines (5) sur lesquelles l'outil associé à ladite mémoire (1) est susceptible d'être utilisé.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite mémoire (1) est fixée sur un support destiné à recevoir des indications susceptibles d'identifier l'outil avec lequel cette mémoire est associée.
