Claims (20)
- Verfahren zum Härten von Schienen oder zumindest des Schienenkopfes derselben durch verstärkte Kühlung mit einem Umwandeln des Gefüges von der austenitischen in eine gewünschte bei Raumtemperatur stabile Mikrostruktur, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schiene im austenitischen Gefügezustand gerichtet, horizontal positioniert und achsfluchtend gegen Biegung gesichert eingespannt wird, worauf unter Aufrechterhaltung der Einspannung bzw. Verbiegungssicherung die Schiene und/oder zumindest ein Teil des Schienenquerschnittes von einer Temperatur, welche oberhalb des Ac3- Punktes der Legierung liegt, in an sich bekannter Weise zumindest zeitweise verstärkt abgekühlt und das Gefüge umwandeln gelassen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Richten, ein Positionieren und ein achsfluchtendes Einspannen der Schiene unmittelbar nach dem letzten Verformungsstich unter Nutzung der Walzhitze erfolgen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schiene stehend, wobei der Schienenkopf senkrecht nach oben gerichtet ist, eingespannt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schiene hängend, wobei der Schienenkopf senkrecht nach unten gerichtet ist, eingespannt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schiene durch Spritzkühlung Wärme entzogen wird, wobei in Längsrichtung gesehen, in den Oberflächenbereichen des Querschnittes symmetrisch zur Höhenachse der Schiene gleich hohe Kühlintensitäten verwendet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Anssprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schiene durch Tauchen in eine Kühlflüssigkeit Wärme entzogen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kühlung der Schiene zeitlich und/oder örtlich, einen Oberflächenbereich des Querschnittes betreffend, intermittierend durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schiene nach der verstärkten Abkühlung ausgespannt wird und gegebenenfalls nach einem Halten bei erhöhter Temperatur an ruhender Luft auf Raumtemperatur abkühlen gelassen wird.
- Verwendung des Verfahrens gemäß der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 für ein ein verstärktes Abkühlen oder Härten von Schienen mit einer Länge von größer 50 m, vorzugsweise größer 90 m.
- Einrichtung zum Härten von Schienen oder zumindest des Schienenkopfes derselben durch verstärkte Kühlung mit einem Umwandeln des Gefüges von der austenitischen in eine gewünschte bei Raumtemperatur stabile Mikrostruktur, bestehend im wesentlichen aus einem Schienenstützmittel und einer Kühlvorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schienenstützmittel als Tragkonstruktion (2) mit einer der Schiene (1) entsprechenden Längserstreckung und mit hohem Widerstandsmoment gegen Biegung sowie mit Positionierelementen (3) und lösbaren Spannmitteln (4) für eine Festlegung der Schiene (1) gebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragkonstruktion (2) als Schweißkonstruktion, an welcher mindestens drei Positionierelemente (3) vorzugsweise über die Längserstreckung in Abständen von 0,5 m jeweils ein Positionierelement (3) horizontal ausrichtbar angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß lösbare Spannmittel (4) als Niederhaltungen (41) für die an den Positionierelementen (3) anliegenden Schiene (1) gebildet sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die lösbaren Spannmittel (4) mit Ausrichtflächen (41,41') zur Positionierung der Schiene (1) in horizontaler Längsachsrichtung gebildet sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Positionierungselemente (3) und die Spannmittel (4) eine verringerte Anlagefläche an die Schiene (1), zum Beispiel eine Keilform, aufweisen.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kühlvorrichtung (5) für die Schiene (1) als Sprühstrecke (50) mit Luft und/oder Wasser ( 52,52',52") mit über die Längserstreckung gleicher Kühlintensität gebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kühleinrichtung (5) als Tauchbecken (51) mit einer Kühlflüssigkeit (52) gebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schienentragkonstruktion (2) und die Kühleinrichtung (5) in Richtung der Schienenvertikalen ((H) im Querschnitt relativ zueinander bewegbar sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragkonstruktion (2) mit einem horizontal ausgerichtete Positionierelemente (3) aufweisenden Tauchbecken (51) verbunden ist und daß die Schiene (1) durch Spannmittel (4), zum Beispiel Niederhaltungen (40), an die Positionierelemente (3) anstellbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannmittel (4) als Niederhaltegewichte (40) ausgebildet und zumindest in den distalen Bereichen der Schiene (1) angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese für ein Härten von Schienen mit einer Länge von mehr als 50 m, vorzugsweise von mehr als 90 m, die entsprechende Länge aufweist.
