Abstract

Um einen Steckverbinder zum Anschließen elektrischer Leitungen an eine Leiterplatte bereitzustellen, mit dem sich auf vergleichsweise einfache Weise eine verlässliche Zugentlastung und zuverlässige Kontaktierung der elektrischen Leitung erzielen lassen, wird mit vorliegender Erfindung ein Steckverbinder vorgeschlagen, der aus einem auf der Leiterplatte (40) befestigbaren Gehäuse (10), das an einer Stirnseite mit voneinander beabstandeten Fenstern (11) versehen ist und in diesen Bereichen als Kontaktträger zur Aufnahme von Kontaktelementen (42) dient, und einem in eine den Fenstern (11) gegenüberliegende Öffnung (12) des Gehäuses (10) einsteckbaren Einschubelement (16), das in einer ersten Sicherungsstellung (1) und einer zweiten Endstellung (II) im Gehäuse (10) arretierbar ist und eine die elektrische Leitung positionierende und mit einer Ausnehmung (18) versehene Auflagefläche (17) aufweist, besteht, wobei die elektrische Leitung zwischen der Auflagefläche (17) und einem an dem Einschubelement (16) rastend festlegbaren Klemmelement (26), an dem wenigstens ein in die Ausnehmung (35) eingreifender Vorsprung (27) angeordnet ist, einklemmbar ist, und wobei das isolationsfreie Ende einer Ader der elektrischen Leitung einen im Gehäuse (10) befindlichen Steckbereich eines einzelnen Kontaktelements in der Endstellung (II) des in das Gehäuse (10) eingeführten Einschubelements (16) kontaktiert und ein aus den Fenstern (11) herausführbarer Anschlussbereich des Kontaktelements mit einer Leiterbahn (41) der Leiterplatte (40) elektrisch leitend verbindbar ist.
