Definitions
- sensors monitor the movement of the pivotable part, for example what via linear displacement sensors on the working cylinder, rotary sensors on the Axis of rotation or pressure sensors can be realized in the system of the working fluid can. Not only the reaching of the end position and the hydraulic unit can be signaled can be controlled accordingly, but there can also be a pinch protection or collision protection during the normally unobstructed swivel movement will be realized.
- the kinematics of the linkage of the pivotable component and the different orientation of the Vehicle in space are taken into account, both of which attack the component and influence forces to be overcome by the actuating arrangement.
- emergency operations could also be implemented, so that in the event of a failure the pivoting part of the power supply can be moved manually.
- the object of the present invention is therefore an actuation arrangement of the type specified at the beginning, in which with a single, simply constructed and the largest possible with a small number of complex and expensive components Flexibility and the greatest possible range of functions for moving one given by vehicle power pivotable auxiliary power. Any should Combinations of automatic actuation, auxiliary power-assisted manual Operation, purely manual operation - even in the event of a power failure automatic actuation arrangement - as well as protective functions such as pinch protection and holding function can be implemented in any current position after a power failure.
- the present invention provided that in at least one of the connecting lines between the working spaces of the working cylinder arrangement at least a proportional holding valve with opening pressure adjustable via the control unit is inserted. If the proportional holding valve as well as any further connection between the working spaces of the working cylinder arrangement closed is, by alternative supply of the opposite acting Working spaces of the working cylinder arrangement, regardless of whether this is done by opposite acting single-acting cylinder or a double-acting cylinder realized is the automatic actuation of the pivotable part on the vehicle become.
- a holding function for the moving vehicle part can be implemented because the proportional holding valve and the blocked connection between the work rooms in the event of a power failure of the supply system for the working fluid neither pushing the medium between the workspaces nor a manual shift into the reservoir is possible, which is due to the lock of the Connection line to the reservoir is guaranteed for this emergency. This leaves the component is fixed in the current position.
- connection from the working cylinder arrangement remains locked back to the reservoir so that the working medium only between the opposite work rooms is moved.
- an anti-trap function becomes this returning connection kept open and not due to the blocking of the movement of the component more volume flow of the working medium that can be introduced into the pressurized working space derived into the reservoir.
- a controllable valve preferably in a connecting line executed as a normally closed valve, is used, and wherein in a proportional holding valve is used for the or each other connecting line is.
- each proportional holding valve in the parallel connecting line for example two oppositely oriented and separately controlled proportional holding valves in two further parallel connecting lines between the opposite Workspaces, and also through the controllable lock or release of the connection received back to the reservoir alike.
- a manual emergency operation of the normally to allow automatically actuated component can run parallel to the proportional holding valve a holding valve through which flow can flow in the same direction, preferably a spring-loaded valve Check valve, may be provided.
- a holding valve through which flow can flow in the same direction, preferably a spring-loaded valve Check valve.
- the holding valve is overpressed and so that Working medium from the pressurized working space on the proportional holding valve conveyed past to the opposite work room.
- the proportional holding valve possibly also be equipped with a mechanically actuated unlocking. This can be operated directly or via a cable or the like, which is based on a leads button or lever to be operated by the user.
- Actuating arrangement characterized in that an equal double-acting cylinder is provided, the two working spaces via the or each connecting line with each other and with the pump or when the corresponding line is unlocked are also connectable to the reservoir, and the work spaces alternate can be supplied with working fluid from a supply unit.
- the supply unit contains a reversible pump, the two outputs of which connected to check valves that can be unlocked via the other outlet are, with both sides of the reversible pump with each other via a shuttle valve and are connected to a reservoir for the working fluid.
- a sensor for the vehicle inclination is provided and is connected to the control unit, the for all actuation or holding forces Alignment of the vehicle is taken into account, which causes excessive force avoided and also safety functions such as pinch protection or collision protection are always adjustable.
- the changing moment curve along the path that has been moved Part takes into account and the operating force and / or holding force on this change be adjusted, which result from the changing leverage ratios and the Kinematics of the suspension of the vehicle part results.
- Control unit a program is stored, which is dependent on at least the Vehicle inclination, preferably also the opening angle of the pivotable part and possibly also the pressure curve in the system, a control signal for the opening pressure of the proportional holding valve.
- the program control is one large variety of functions that can be implemented. So depending on the opening angle and vehicle tilt the maximum system pressure given by the pressure level of the proportional holding valve that can be set by the control unit that it is always one for each position of the vehicle and the moving part the actuation of the component just sufficient constant force - and therefore always a constant pinching force or force limited to the minimum, with that the component could hit against an obstacle.
- the pressure sensor and / or the motion sensor a manual pull or pressure on the automatically actuated moving component could determine that Program in the control unit should be designed so that there is a maximum system pressure on the proportional holding valve, which just does not operate the component is sufficient, but its manual operation with in any position and Position of the component supports constant force. Should the manual action at stop this function, the component would remain in the current position or even slowly into the respective end position under the influence of its weight drift.
- the control unit is advantageously program-controlled also the normal actuation control, i.e.
- buttons, buttons, pawls on doors, vehicle flaps or the like from and controls accordingly not only the proportional holding valve and possibly also that controllable valve in the connecting line between the opposing Work rooms, but also the supply system for the working fluid, especially the reversible pump and all necessary valves and others Components.
- the program can also be designed in such a way that it does fast, essentially resistance-free throwing of the door, the flap or the like allows in which the slip connection between the opposite Working spaces of the working cylinder arrangement releases.
- the impulse to start This special function can be done by querying and recognizing a change in route on the displacement or angle transducer or the actuation of the pawl, be it inside or outside, a switch, button or similar on the moving component be given yourself.
- the rapid increase in pressure due to manual Initiation of the movement can at most by the system pressure sensor to the Control unit must be reported and the connection released. Or the Movement of the working fluid in its circuit is monitored and faster Increased movement can be used as a detection signal for the control unit become. Also for the power-assisted opening or closing explained above in risk situations, such as vehicles parked close to the vehicle, the said cognitions can be used and the impulse for them Give function.
- Fig. 1 is a circuit diagram of a hydraulic system according to the invention in a first Embodiment
- Fig. 2 is a circuit diagram of another, somewhat simplified Embodiment.
- Movable vehicle part is about an axis of rotation 2 by means of, for example of a uniform double-acting hydraulic working cylinder 3 in opening and closing direction movable. These movements are caused by the loading of the two equally large work rooms 4 and 5, which provide volume compensation make avoidable between the two sides of the working cylinder 3 with Hydraulic oil causes, preferably the control of the work rooms 4 and 5 via a electronic control unit 6 is controlled.
- This control unit 6 asks either by a program stored in a fixed or changeable memory or corresponding to a fixed circuit, on the one hand a signal line 7 from one Operating element and also controls according to the stored program or the predefined circuit, on the one hand, is even closer below valve and line arrangement to be explained, on the other hand a hydraulic unit, specifically the motor 8 of a reversible pump 9.
- the two sides of the pump 9 are in turn on the one hand via a shuttle valve 10 with the tank 11 for the Hydraulic oil connected, on the other hand from the opposite side unlockable check valves 12 and, if necessary, adjustable flow control valves 13 with the working cylinder 3.
- a pressure sensor 16 connected, which is also connected to the control unit, as well such as at least one sensor 17 for vehicle inclination and one displacement sensor 18 for the movement of the door 1.
- the advantageously linear working cylinder 3 coupled displacement transducer 18 could also be a rotation sensor on the axis of rotation 2 or in general any sensor arrangement can be provided which a Allows statement about the opening angle of door 1.
- a connecting line 19 in which a preferably normally closed switching valve 20 is inserted.
- This switching valve which is also closed in normal operation 20 ensures the holding function of door 1 in the current state as soon as the Power supply to the motor 8 of the pump 9 stops, be it desired or by a disturbance. Because then the check valves 12 in the direction of the pump 9 or lock reservoir 11 and the hydraulic oil due to the closed valve 20 can not be pushed between the work rooms 4 and 5 is the door 1 fixed in the current position.
- the control unit 6 stored program detects that a quick manual movement of the door, For example, if manual closing of door 1 is desired, the control unit opens 6 the switching valve 20. Also the rapid increase in pressure, determined by one of the pressure sensors 16 of the system or the detection of the movement of the Hydraulic oil can cause this opening of the switching valve 20, which then causes an im essential free pushing of the hydraulic oil from a work space 4, 5 in the other and thus the movement, which is largely free of hydraulic interference the door 1 is enabled.
- the flow control valves 13 prevent a pulling load, preferably when Shutting door 1 applied in the closing direction, an impermissibly fast movement the door 1, since they limit the continuous volume flow of the hydraulic oil.
- a pulling load not only a speed-limited movement in the manner described above the door 1, but even reduces this pulling load or compensating counterforce. This is done using appropriate detection at least one of the sensors 16 to 18 controls the hydraulic system and the the pulling load counteracting working space 4, 5 of the working cylinder 3 Pressure applied. This pressure is such via the proportional holding valve 13 set that the force on the working cylinder just pulls the load compensates and keeps the door 1 in balance or even the pulling force slightly exceeds and causes a slow return to the starting position.
- Proportional holding valve 21 can be achieved.
- the Drawing figures each require only such a proportional holding valve 21, which via the shuttle valve 22 on one side and via the check valves 23 on the other side with both lines 14, 15, i.e. both sides of the working cylinder 3 is connected.
- the check valves 23 open from the proportional holding valve 21 to line 14, 15 and block in the opposite direction.
- two proportional holding valves in opposite directions arranged in a connecting line between the opposite Working rooms 4, 5 of the working cylinder 3 possible.
- the - or each - proportional holding valve 21 is controlled by the control unit 6 depending on the position sensor 18 Opening angle of door 1 and the vehicle inclination determined via sensor 17 so controlled that it only allows a system pressure that just enough to move the door, i.e. only a small excess of force against the weight, the counter moment on the door from the kinematics, and the like. evokes.
- This very small excess force is when colliding with obstacles soon consumed, so that they are only subjected to slight force, them themselves and the door 1 can hardly be damaged.
- the pump 9 continue to pressurize the originally pressurized work area but due to the blockage, it will not be able to absorb hydraulic oil hydraulic oil delivered by the pump 9 via the flow control valve 13 and the check valve 12 kept open is returned to the tank 11.
- the proportional holding valve 21 is designed such that it is also closed when de-energized. But with it a manual emergency operation of the door 1 is possible in the event of a fault, a holding valve is parallel to the proportional holding valve 21 24 switched, which is preferably a spring-loaded, from the shuttle valve 22 to the check valves 23 openable check valve is executed. This is set so that it can be easily pushed over manually, so that the hydraulic oil from the pressurized work area 4 or 5 to the opposite Workspace pressed and the door 1 can be operated manually.
- the non-return valves block 12 the connection between working cylinder 3 and tank 11, so that the hydraulic medium only between the opposite working spaces 4, 5 can be moved. This shift is then at most over the Switching valve 20 and / or the proportional holding valve 21 or the holding valve 24 influenced.
- one of the pressure sensors 16 and / or the displacement transducer 18 is a manual one Determine train or pressure on door 1
- a program variant of the im Control unit 6 stored program from these values recognize that the user the door 1 does not want to open or close fully hydraulically, but possibly only hydraulically supported but manually due to a risk situation wants to move in a controlled manner. This can be the case with a car parked near your own vehicle other vehicle may be the case when the door is operated automatically could be damaged.
- control unit 6 sets the pressure level at the proportional holding valve 21 that there is a maximum working pressure that just not enough to actuate the door 1 by the working cylinder 3, very much but its manual operation with in any position and position of the door 1, calculated from opening angle and vehicle inclination, as already explained above, more variable Strength supports. The user can then in any position of the door 1, and the vehicle, move them with constant force. Should the manual action on this Cease to function, door 1 would slow in under the influence of its weight the respective end position drift.
- the program in control unit 6 can also be designed such that it allows the door 1 to be thrown shut quickly, essentially without resistance.
- This desired functionality can be obtained from the same sensor values as explained above recognized by the program and the slip connection 19 between the mutually opposite working spaces 4, 5 of the working cylinder 3 by opening release the switching valve 20.
- the impulse to start this special function can by querying and recognizing a change in travel on the travel sensor 18 or also the actuation of the jack, be it inside or outside, of a switch or push button or the like on the door 1 itself.
- the rapid rise of the Pressure from the manual initiation of the movement can at most be reported to the control unit 16 by at least one pressure sensor 16 of the system release the connection. Or the movement of the hydraulic oil in its circuit is monitored and a rapid increase in movement is used as a detection signal.
- a manual emergency operation of the door 1 would also be possible if the proportional holding valve 21 can be opened manually by means of a manual release 25, wherein in in this case, the holding valve 24 could be omitted.
- This manual release 25 could can be operated directly by the user or via a cable or linkage be directed to a preferably internal lever or button, so that the actuation of the proportional holding valve 21 is ensured even in the event of a power failure.
- FIG. 2 A somewhat simplified variant of an actuation arrangement according to the invention is shown in Fig. 2.
- Fig. 2 There is no direct connection between here the lines 14, 15 provided for the hydraulic oil to the working cylinder 3, which can be blocked or opened via a switching valve.
- this function is in the embodiment of FIG. 2 software by the program in Control unit 6 realized in connection with the proportional stop valve 21.
- the control unit 6 switches the proportional holding valve 21 to complete opened so that the hydraulic oil from a work space 4, 5 via the shuttle valve 22, the proportional holding valve 21 and one of the check valves 23 in the opposite working space pushed over with the least possible resistance can be and so the essentially free continuation of the manually initiated Movement of the door 1 is hardly opposed to hydraulic resistance.
- the manual emergency operation of door 1 in the event of a power failure is in the embodiment 2 by a corresponding design of the proportional holding valve 21 realized, so that the holding valve 24 can be omitted.
- the manual In this case, overpressure takes place at the proportional holding valve 21.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 the last difference from FIGS. 1 and 2 should also be mentioned, which is that in the simplified embodiment of FIG. 2 only one Pressure sensor 16 is provided, which has a location between the shuttle valve 22 and the proportional holding valve 21 is connected and the respective pressure level in System measures at this point.
- control unit 6 queries an operating element which is an actuating force proportional output signal.
- This output signal can then be in the control unit 6 in a again the actuating force on the control element, such as a lever with potentiometer, proportional control signal for the proportional holding valve 21 be converted so that a control proportional to the actuating force of the working cylinder 3 or proportional force on the door 1 is caused.
