Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for forming and Aligning packages of loosely stacked printed matter, consisting of a feed conveyor, a parcel table and an outfeed conveyor, the one with the infeed conveyor fed printed products can be dropped onto the parcel table are.
- Printed matter means in the context of the invention in particular catalogs, brochures, magazines and the like. like. After printing, these printed matter must be for the Storage and / or transportation stacked on top of each other and can be combined into aligned packages. there can the packages with appropriate pressing equipment be pressed. In addition, the packages at Alignment and / or pressing also electrostatic be charged, causing the packets to fall apart is prevented in the course of manipulation of the packets because the printed matter sticks together. It still lies within the scope of the invention that the aligned and possibly pressed packages from the package table with a special Ejection device transferred to the discharge conveyor become.
- the feed conveyor overlapped like a scale Printed products supplied. These printed matter will be then grouped together on the parcel table.
- the parcel table shows the alignment of the printed products For example, two side collapsible and apart Package alignment plates.
- the construction of the known device requires that the Printed products from a relatively high height on the parcel table be dropped. The drop height of a first one lower printed product of a primary stack from a The majority of printed matter is, for example 350 mm or more.
- the invention is the technical problem based on a device of the type mentioned specify with which a reliable and error-free Formation and alignment of packets loosely stacked Printed matter is possible and that nonetheless characterized by simplicity and little effort.
- the invention teaches a device of the type described in the introduction, which is characterized in that the parcel table can be moved vertically and can be positioned in at least one upper catch position and that the height of the package table in the catch position is set with the proviso that the drop height of a first printed product that can be dropped onto the package table is 100 to 250 mm.
- the parcel table is designed as a lifting table and its height is continuously adjustable or movable.
- a first printed product that can be ejected onto the parcel table according to claim 1 initially means in particular the printed product that can be ejected on the empty parcel table that is still free of printed products.
- the drop height corresponds to the distance between the surface of the package table and the underside of the first printed product before it is ejected.
- the Fall height of the first printed product 120 to 230 mm preferably 130 to 220 mm, preferably 140 to 210 mm, very preferably 150 to 200 mm.
- the printed matter placed on top of one another on the feed conveyor in a scale-like manner be fed.
- these are fed with the feed conveyor
- Print products first in a stacking device stacked one on top of the other in a primary stack.
- a few printed products for example 5 up to 10 printed products in the stacking device easily the primary stack stacked one on top of the other.
- the entire primary stack can be dropped onto the parcel table.
- the stacking device advantageously consists of the Primary stack of holding fingers, which holding fingers to drop the primary stack on the parcel table removed or withdrawn.
- a package of a plurality of Primary stacks are formed, which primary stacks successively can be dropped on the parcel table.
- the height of the parcel table is important Catch position set with the proviso that the Head of one in. Primary stack of lower printed matter 100 to 250 mm or a value from the above preferred drop height ranges listed.
- the subpage mentioned belongs here preferably to the lowest printed product in a primary stack, which primary stack expediently in a stacking device formed above the parcel table is.
- Package table is designed as a rotary table and is the package table after the inclusion of a first primary stack and before the Each additional primary stack is taken up by 180 ° rotatable. So after a first primary stack on the The parcel table is included in the parcel table Connection to it rotated by 180 ° and in this way The second primary stack then becomes the twisted package table discarded. After that, the parcel table is convenient rotated again by 180 ° and then a third Primary stacks dropped on the parcel table. According to the invention So before a new primary stack is discarded, the Package table rotated by 180 °. In this way it is achieved that the backs of the printed matter alternately on the one side of a package or on the opposite Side arranged so that very even packages be preserved.
- Parcel table for aligning the stacked printed products can be moved into a lower alignment position.
- this preferred embodiment of the invention is expedient after picking up a primary stack of Parcel table to align the parcel table stacked printed products in a lower alignment position procedures, which are preferred also of the lowest possible position of the parcel table corresponds.
- the parcel table subsequently is moved up again.
- the orientation of the stacked Printed matter is conveniently by on the edge of Parcel table and over the stroke of the parcel table itself extending alignment supports, where it for the alignment elements around alignment rods or Alignment plates can act.
- the alignment elements are preferably not with the table top of the Package can be moved vertically. In other words the alignment elements with regard to vertical travel of the parcel table arranged stationary.
- the Parcel table when moving down to the alignment position and / or rotated by 180 ° during the subsequent startup. It is within the scope of the invention that aforementioned alignment elements together with the parcel table be twisted. So preferably the whole Unit made up of parcel table and alignment elements each Twisted 180 °.
- the parcel table is with the stacked printed products for Pressing the printed products into an upper pressing position movable, which is conveniently above the Catch position or the catch positions of the package table is arranged. They are preferably one above the other stacked printed matter for pressing in the Squeeze position against at least one squeeze abutment hazards. It is within the scope of the invention that Abpress abutment for a pressing process in the area can be introduced above the parcel table and after the pressing can be removed from this area can, so that further printed matter or another Primary stacks of printed matter on the parcel table is discardable. Conveniently takes place after each drop a primary stack a squeeze off on the parcel table stacked printed products instead. - On Pressing the printed products is within the scope of the invention however not absolutely necessary. Especially when the Printed goods sensitive samples, such as CD's contain is expediently on a Pressing of the printed products is dispensed with.
- the device according to the invention preferably works as follows: First, the still empty parcel table is placed in a Move the first catch position and above the parcel table is expediently in a stacking device a primary stack formed from some printed matter. In this first catch position is the distance between Surface of the empty parcel table to the bottom of the lowest printed product in the primary stack in the Fall height range, which is claimed in claim 1. The primary stack is then placed on the parcel table discarded. The parcel table preferably moves to Aligning the primary stack in a lower alignment position, which prefers the lowest position of the parcel table equivalent. Then the parcel table again drove up. During the procedure in the lower Alignment position and / or during the subsequent The package table is raised by 180 ° twisted.
- the parcel table after the Align to an upper pressing position is arranged above the first catch position. Is located above the pressing position of the parcel table a pressing abutment against which the primary stack to Pressing is pressed. Then the parcel table shut down to a second catch position. Above the parcel table is conveniently located in the Stacking device a second primary stack. It is in the Framework of the invention that the second catch position of the Parcel table below the first catch position is arranged. The second catch position is preferred with the proviso that the drop height of the im second primary stack of bottom printed product on the Parcel table in the range claimed in claim 1 or is in the preferred ranges indicated above.
- the drop height corresponds to the distance between Top of the topmost arranged on the parcel table Printed matter to the bottom of the bottom printed matter of the second primary stack in the stacking device. Then the second primary stack is placed on the Discarded parcel table. Due to the twist of the Parcels are the backs of printed matter from the second primary stack compared to the back of the Printed products of the first primary stack on the in the package arranged opposite side. Thereupon will preferably the parcel table to align the stacked Move the printed products to the lower alignment position and then back into the pressing position raised, the parcel table in turn rotated by 180 ° becomes. After pressing, the parcel table is turned into a third one Driven position, which is conveniently below the second catch position is arranged.
- a primary stack contains depending on the thickness of the printed matter, for example, 5 to 10 printed matter and a package becomes, for example, four to six Primary stacks formed.
