Claims (7)
- Dispositif d'encrage d'un tambour rotatif (2), dit anilox, d'une machine à impression flexographique, du genre de dispositif, dit chambre à racles, comprenant un boítier fermé (4,6) à extension longitudinale supporté par un châssis (8) par l'intermédiaire de moyens de mobilité (10), pour son application contre l'anilox (2) de manière à envelopper de façon étanche une portion de sa surface de révolution, dite zone d'encrage, le dit boítier (4,6) délimitant un espace intérieur, dit chambre principale, destiné à être le siège d'une circulation d'encre et étant équipé à cet effet d'un conduit (12) d'adduction et d'un conduit (14) d'évacuation de l'encre, ainsi que d'un couple de racles longitudinales, dites respectivement positive (16) pour celle destinée à être située en amont de la zone d'encrage, et négative (18) pour celle destinée à être placée en aval de la zone d'encrage, caractérisé:en ce que la chambre principale, équipée de moyens (32,34) pour être le siège d'une circulation d'encre à la pression atmosphérique, est divisée en deux chambres superposées (20,22) communiquant entre elles par des canaux (24) de circulation de l'encre par simple gravité, depuis la chambre supérieure (20), dite d'approvisionnement vers la chambre inférieure (22), dite d'évacuation, les deux dites chambres (20,22) étant séparées l'une de l'autre par une racle (26), dite de retenue, pour ménager une retenue d'encre (28) dans la chambre supérieure (20) et en amont de la racle négative (18),de telle sorte que l'encre puisse circuler par simple gravité à l'intérieur du boítier (4, 6) et que la retenue d'encre (28) soit ménagée en vue de l'encrage de l'anilox (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé:en ce que les dits canaux (24) de circulation sont formés par un passage ménagé au-delà des extrémités de la racle de retenue (26), entre cette dernière (26) et les parois d'extrémité (6) du boítier.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé:en ce que les parois d'extrémités du boítier (4,6) sont formées par des flasques (6) destinés à être appliqués en contact glissant contre les faces d'extrémités correspondantes de l'anilox (2), les dits flasques (6) constituant en eux-mêmes des organes d'étanchéité entre le boítier (4,6) et l'anilox (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé:en ce que la racle négative (18) est rapportée sur le boítier (4,6) par l'intermédiaire d'un support amovible (30),de telle sorte que la racle négative (18) puisse être extraite du boítier (4,6) par un retrait du support sans nécessiter un déplacement global de la chambre à racles.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé:en ce que la racle de retenue (26) forme avec la tangente de l'anilox (2) prise au point de contact entre la racle de retenue (26) et l'anilox (2), un angle fermé compris entre 5° et 15° s'ouvrant vers la racle négative (18).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé:en ce que l'une quelconque au moins des racles positive (16), négative (18) et de retenue (26) est pourvue de moyens de réglage de la pression du contact qu'elles sont destinées à exercer sur l'anilox (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé :en ce que les moyens de mobilité (10) du boítier (4,6) comprennent un organe (11) exerçant sur le boítier une poussée élastique vers l'anilox (2), le boítier (4,6) prenant appui sous l'effet de la dite poussée élastique, contre le châssis (8) par l'intermédiaire de butées réglables (13) dont le boítier (4,6) est équipé.
