Definitions
- the invention relates to a method and devices for postponing from tubular films to continuously transported Items.
- cover sleeves For writing materials, such as pens with cover sleeves, and also for cosmetic packaging, for lipsticks and eyebrow pencils, which are provided with cover sleeves, which are one can have a sudden change in cross-sectional profile be problematic, film tubes that are used for packaging, to lead over the objects.
- Bottles with attached closures of larger cross-section is often found only after the purchase that such Item was used before purchase.
- a form of packaging that has been used frequently to date is masking the transition points to misuse to prevent. However, this approach is not visually appealing.
- a common approach is to use film tubing (Sleeves) that shrink as a result of heating and thus form a tight-fitting package that only opens if it gets damaged.
- the above-mentioned laid-open specification also means a machine to carry out the process become known characterized in that the machine is a carrying device for feeding two layers of plastic film on top of each other, Guidelines for bringing the two together and promoting them superimposed foil layers, a welding device for connecting the two layers of film by cross welding at the conveying direction and one behind the other Device for opening the between two transverse welds initially has flat-lying film parts.
- This machine is, as already stated for the process, a machine for Manufacture of bags for objects, but not for furnishings for the safe wrapping of objects to be sold.
- the present invention has the object based on an elongated object through a film envelope regardless of the cross-sectional course over its length, without any damage to its surface when pushed open of a film tube or damage to the film tube to cause themselves which is caused by misalignment arise between the film tube and the elongated object.
- This task is accomplished with the procedural features of the independent Process claim solved, in particular by a Method in which preferably two conveyors convey the objects transport exposed by preferably the objects held clamped at both ends by a holding device be, each holding device a sliding means with a Has sleeve on which the film tubes are arranged. During the transport of the objects, the sleeve is placed over the Item led.
- the film tube holds so that the film tube when returning the Sleeve is pushed from the sleeve to then encircle the object to extend.
- the sleeve either can be completely guided over the object or which led to the edge of the largest cross section of the object and forms a smooth surface with it, the Film without jamming over the rest of the item be performed.
- the film tubes are opened an intermediate storage and brought to a predetermined length, the interim storage facility being synchronized with the elongated one Object moved on, then after the postponement Foil sleeves shrunk onto the elongated object becomes.
- the interim storage facility is usually part of the holding and means of transport that carry the items, wherein the sleeve is also part of the intermediate storage.
- the too offers sealing object with its larger cross section according to the invention now itself a clean management of shrink-wrap film until it reaches its predetermined Position when the sleeve is up to the shoulder of the largest cross section of the object. However, should Sleeve are completely guided over the object, so serves the sleeve completely as a guide.
- the film tube pieces usually come from an endless Film tube.
- an endless film tube moved by means of transport over a mandrel to then slide it onto the sleeve mentioned above, which is in extension the mandrel is arranged.
- These steps are ongoing executed.
- After the film tube is complete has been pushed onto the sleeve using a release agent a segment of the film tube between the mandrel and the Separated sleeve. As a rule, this is a fast rotating, round knife.
- Another component of the present invention is a Device having means and a controller that the implement the inventive method.
- this is a processing device for pushing open film tubes onto elongated objects, which preferably have varying cross sections, the objects being transported exposed, preferably by two conveyors, by holding the objects on their end sides.
- the object it is also conceivable for the object to be held on one side by a special tool, the tool locking the object at one end in such a way that it can be covered by a film cover when exposed.
- a sleeve which is arranged on the film tube, can be guided over the object with sliding means.
- further sliding means are provided which hold the film tube when the sleeve is being returned so that the film tube is pushed off the sleeve.
- Both the control of the sleeve and the control of the sliding means that the film tube moves from the sleeve are realized by guides that are arranged all around.
- the object is arranged between two conveyors, which hold the object by the holding devices by clamping at their ends. Tools are also provided for the clamping holder, which represent a negative image of the object at its ends, whereby these tools can be exchanged so that the machine can be used universally.
- the sleeve on which the film tube is arranged is mounted on a holding device.
- each holding device which is arranged on a conveyor, has a sleeve on which a film tube can be arranged.
- the sleeve is guided over the object by a sliding mechanism.
- This sliding mechanism preferably also runs in an endlessly rotating path and is controlled by corresponding guides which engage in grooves. Another sliding mechanism pushes the film sleeve off the sleeve at different times.
- the sleeve is not completely led over the object, but only up to largest cross section of the object.
- the sleeve bumps directly to the shoulder of the thickening of the object.
- the wall thickness of the sleeve corresponds to the one that occurs Change in cross-section of the horizontally lying, transversely transported, elongated object. Because of the flush transition the film tube can then completely over the object be performed.
- the control of the holding devices, the slide devices for the sleeve and for pushing the film tube down takes place through groove-shaped guideways in the pins to grab.
