Abstract

Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Reduktions oder Oxidationspotentials von Gasatmosphären auf Metall-Metalloxide dadurch gebildet, dass der gemessene Sauerstoffpartialdruck der Gasatmosphäre in ein Verhältnis zu dem Gleichgewichtssauerstoffpartialdruck des Metall-Metalloxidgemisches gesetzt wird. Der Sauerstoffpartialdruck wird mit einer Zirkondioxidsonde (galvanische Festelektrolytselle) gemessen und daraus in einem Ausführungsbeispiel das Verhältnis pO2(Me/MenOm)pO2(Messgas) berechnet. Ein Beispiel für das Me/MenOm-Gleichgewicht ist das Fe/FeO Gleichgewicht. Für die Berechnung stehen Auswerteelektroniken oder Regler zur Verfügung.
