Abstract

Es wird eine Zapfanlage insbesondere für Hefeweizenbier in einem Bierfass (2) beschrieben, bei dem ein Rührwerk vorgesehen ist, um vor dem Zapfen des Bieres die Schwebstoffe im Bier zu verteilen.
Dies wird durch drehbar gelagerte Magnete (9) erreicht, die eine auf Magnetkraft ansprechende Rühreinheit (21) im Bierfass (2) antreibt. Der Antrieb für die auf einem Drehteller (6) angeordneten Magnete (9) ist in einem Untersetzer (1) für das Bierfass (2) untergebracht. Die Zapfanlage kann mit jedem handelsüblichen Bierfass (2) kombiniert werden, in das zuvor die Rühreinheit (21) eingebracht worden ist.
