Definitions
- the invention relates to a step or pallet for escalators or moving walks, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Steps or pallets have already become known for which the base body is manufactured using an extrusion process becomes.
- the base body is basically in three parts, so that special Precautions must be taken to anchor it ensure, but precisely because of the alternating load the storage can loosen easily at this point.
- On Breaking apart a pallet base is extremely dangerous and leads at least to failure of the moving walk and possibly to injuries to passengers.
- Pallet substructures or foundations are common as well as step substructures or basic structures built for steps with the help of truss profiles.
- a framework profile is for example from DE-PS 41 34 626 can be seen.
- Plastic steps can be made quite light. In some applications, however, are conventional Steps made of metal, in particular made of light metal, are preferred, especially since it is absolutely non-flammable and also very weather-resistant are.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of an escalator or a moving walk according to the preamble of claim 1 to create the more flexible in terms of width is, durability is guaranteed and in particular, it is ensured that the base body also when Wear from riser or step is reusable.
- a step or Pallet is provided, whose support structure extends to the bearing eye extends. Because in this respect a one-piece is guaranteed, is prevented by permanent alternating load there is an increasing game.
- the bearing eye can preferably in the extruded profile according to the invention be formed, in particular as through tube can be realized.
- This solution has the Advantage that the load of the stage is viewed in the longitudinal direction of the stage evenly over the bearing between tube and axis is distributed so that end load peaks are avoided and the required material thickness is reduced accordingly is.
- the bearing eye By supporting the support structure at an angle the bearing eye can be viewed in the longitudinal direction of the step Evenly absorb the load to be supported and distribute, the wall thickness of such a rib right can be small after covering the full width of the Stage extends.
- the steps or but also suitable pallets can be stored in any length are, so that an adaptation to the desired width is easily possible on the part of the customer and in particular there are no significant additional costs.
- the basic body can be easily, possibly also only in If necessary, cut to the desired length so that a Step with a correspondingly wide base body is created.
- At least the step also using the To produce extrusion technology.
- the step is in formed in a known manner as a die-cast part. She points on their underside T-shaped projections, which in corresponding Intervene in the fastening channels of the base body. at this solution is a simple replacement of one possibly worn step guaranteed.
- the front wall and / or the rear wall of the base body is curved are. This configuration ensures the stability of the base body against deflection significantly improved, and the design the curved front wall allows mounting channels training back so that plenty Space to accommodate the corresponding fasteners the riser is available. It is special here favorable if the riser in a manner known per se is convexly curved and the fastening elements as tension screws are trained about the engagement of the Side can be tensioned well, so that the front wall and the riser are mutually pre-stressed what the Pressure rigidity and thus the load capacity of the front Area of the escalator step is particularly beneficial.
- the Main rib is preferred together with a bridge rib and a secondary rib used to support according to Art of the bridge substructure between the upper / rear and the lower / front Ensure bearing eye.
- These connection points of the ribs on one another preferably have uprights which the Supporting the top wall at suitable locations, preferably on fastening channels. It goes without saying that according to an alternative embodiment it is also possible to dispense with the uprights and immediate support to ensure.
- the arrangement of the main rib according to the invention does not close from that additional ribs or webs are provided to support are.
- the base body of the step is an extruded body manufactured. This means that it is of any length can be provided. Also a modification of the step structure or the realization of a corresponding palette is in the Within the scope of the invention much easier than in the Manufacture of escalator steps or moving pallets using Die casting molds: only the spray head of the Extruded profile adapted accordingly or by a corresponding modified be replaced.
- one or more of the ribs and walls can be built in a truss structure.
- the base body 10 shown in the figure has an upper wall 12, a front wall 14 and a rear wall 16.
- the Rear wall 16 and front wall 14 can be concave or convex be formed and are each supported on a bearing eye.
- the rear wall 16 is on the upper / rear bearing eye 18 and the front wall 14 is supported on the lower / front bearing eye 20.
- the front wall 14 extends adjacent convex riser, not shown, in a known manner Shape.
- On the top wall 12 is also known per se Form provided a step.
- Both the top wall 12 and the front wall 14 have evenly distributed mounting channels 22 on the mounting of risers and steps and each undercut form that can be gripped by fasteners are.
- the tread preferably has on its underside T-shaped rails on the side T-legs are somewhat elastic and laterally in the mounting channels 22 can be inserted.
- the step is then preferably opened from the side and holds under tension at the desired location.
- the arrangement is basically four Tensioning screws each on the lateral ends of the escalator step sufficient, it being understood that also at will a different number and arrangement is possible.
- the escalator step according to the invention has a main rib 24 on, which from the bearing eye 20 up / back to extends central area of the top wall 12. It supports there the top wall 12 from a post 26 and is at the connection point connected in one piece with a bridge rib 28.
- the bridge rib extends to another Upright 30, which also supports the top wall 12 and on the Connection point in a sub-rib 32 passes on the Bearing eye 18 is supported.
- another one is here Rib, not shown, between the bearing eyes 18 and 20th intended.
- the extruded profile according to the invention is designed such that it is inherently rigid and can withstand considerable stress. This means that even with large escalator steps with large Step width used the extrusion construction according to the invention can be.
- This solution also benefits from the fact that Bearing eyes 18 and 20 in the illustrated embodiment are formed as part of the extruded profile, so that they extend across the entire escalator width.
- a bearing axis attached there, for example from Steel or as a steel tube can withstand the applied bending forces flanking to support, so that even with any future Escalator widths of, for example, 1.40 m or even 1.60 m a corresponding realization is possible.
- the extruded profile is designed as a hollow profile 34 and in any suitable Realizable depending on the applied forces can be.
