Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif destiné à retirer et/ou enfoncer des paliers ou manchons, en particulier de paliers à roulement ou de moyeux à flasque de roue de véhicules automobiles,
    comprenant
    - une broche filetée (5) coopérant avec un écrou fileté (13), laquelle est pourvue sur son extrémité opposée à l'écrou fileté (13) d'un épaulement de butée (7) orienté vers l'écrou fileté,
    - un élément d'appui cylindrique (10), pourvu d'un alésage de passage (33) destiné à faire passer la broche filetée (5), élément contre le côté extérieur (9a) duquel la broche filetée (5) avec son épaulement de butée (7) s'appuie axialement directement
    ou indirectement,
    ou
    un disque additionnel (29) pourvu d'un alésage de passage pour faire passer la broche filetée, disque contre le côté extérieur duquel la broche filetée (5) avec son épaulement de butée (7) s'appuie axialement directement ou indirectement,
    - un disque de pression (22) mobile au moyen de l'écrou fileté (13) dans le sens axial par rapport à la broche filetée (5), disque sur lequel est formée une surface de pression axiale (26) et
    - un plot de centrage (20a, 20b) entouré par la surface de pression (26), plot dont le diamètre périphérique correspond approximativement au diamètre intérieur du composant à retirer et/ou à enfoncer,
    caractérisé par
    un manchon de centrage (18) entourant la broche filetée (5), sur lequel sont formés axialement successivement un siège cylindrique (21 a, 21 b) destiné à recevoir le disque de pression (22) et le plot de centrage (20a, 20b).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le manchon de centrage (18) et l'écrou fileté (13) sont des composants séparés, et en ce que le manchon de centrage (18) comprenant un alésage de passage à surface lisse (19) est guidé sur le filet (15) de la broche filetée (5).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le manchon de centrage (18) est pourvu sur les deux extrémités de talons (24) de conception identique destinés à recevoir une extrémité (17a et/ou 17b) de l'écrou fileté (13).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les talons (24) sont disposés à l'intérieur des plots de centrage (20a, 20b).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le manchon de centrage (18) est pourvu d'un collet d'appui (23) élargi radialement, contre lequel s'appuie axialement le disque de pression (22).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le collet d'appui (23) est pourvu sur les deux côtés frontaux de surfaces d'appui (25) destinées à supporter au choix dans le sens axial un disque de pression (22), et en ce qu'à chacune des deux surfaces d'appui (25) se raccordent successivement le siège (21a et/ou 21b) destiné à recevoir le disque de pression et le plot de centrage (20a et/ou 20b).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par un élément de blocage (28) destiné au moins à bloquer la position provisoire du disque de pression (22) sur le siège (21a et/ou 21b).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par une bague comme élément de blocage (28) élastiquement déformable et disposée dans une rainure circulaire du manchon de centrage (18).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les deux extrémités (17a, 17b) de l'écrou fileté (13) sont de conception identique, et en ce que l'écrou fileté n'est pourvu que sur une partie de sa longueur totale d'une section filetée (filet intérieur 14), la section filetée étant disposée de manière asymétrique par rapport au centre de la longueur totale.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le disque de pression (22) est pourvu d'un évidement (27) rebondissant par étages contre la surface de pression axiale (26).
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'appui (10) présente la configuration d'une cloche pourvue d'une paroi frontale transpercée (9), et en ce que l'épaulement de butée (7) de la broche filetée (5) s'appuie contre le côté extérieur (9a) de la paroi frontale (9).
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que pour compenser les écarts angulaires entre l'élément d'appui (10) et la broche filetée (5), l'épaulement de butée est conçu en forme de calotte et repose dans une cavité (32) correspondante dans le côté extérieur (9a) de l'élément d'appui (10).
