Definitions
- the invention relates to a fireplace element according to the preamble of Claim 1.
- DE 19 22 581 has disclosed a prefabricated chimney element, which has an internal insulation shell that receives an exhaust pipe and has a casing stone surrounding this insulating shell.
- the serves Mineral wool existing internal insulation shell as lost at the same time Formwork in the production of the casing stone from a concrete material.
- the invention has for its object to provide a fireplace element, that can be manufactured inexpensively on the one hand and that on the other hand under consideration of the permissible maximum weight allows larger sizes, while at the same time the guarantee fire-related specifications.
- the outer jacket is formed from at least two layers, of which the inner Layer of a fire protection material and the outer layer by a non-combustible Clothing is formed.
- Prefabricated chimney elements can therefore be of greater length or height provide than the conventionally known prefabricated fireplace. Accordingly a smaller number of prefabricated chimney elements is required to climb one meter when building a fireplace. This reduces the effort for making a fireplace essential.
- the two-layer structure of the outer jacket according to the invention allows this through the combinatorial effect of the materials, the achievement of a favorable fire protection class.
- the fireplace element according to the invention is particularly notable characterized in that the clothing also serves as a base for a coat of paint or wallpapering can be used.
- the fireplace element according to the invention thus allows a reduction in the integration of the fireplace in the living room required further processing steps.
- the inner layer of the outer jacket can be made of a cast fire protection material exist for which the insulation arrangement on the one hand and the outer layer of the outer jacket, on the other hand, serve as lost formwork.
- Another important advantage of the device according to the invention is also in the fact that the elimination of the reusable forms also means that they are cleaned eliminated. To the same extent, according to the invention, there is a risk of damage of the mantle stone completely removed when stripping.
- the inner layer of the outer jacket by in the plates used are formed from a fire protection compound.
- the fire protection compound for the inner layer of the outer jacket could also be used are available in dry form as bulk goods.
- the insulation arrangement consists of a tube or several insulation parts is formed, so that they are the exhaust pipe in an optimal way encompasses and can best develop its insulating effect.
- the provision of the Insulation shell with two or more segments has the particular advantage that this Segments can be produced with less effort than with a one-piece Insulating shell would be the case, since this is exact when using metal smoke pipes Must have dimensions and is therefore cut from the solid.
- the insulation arrangement is also possible for the insulation arrangement to be angled to one another joined insulation boards is formed.
- This design has the advantage that it is special is inexpensive to implement, since such insulation boards with little effort are available and are available in numerous embodiments on the market. In particular, this eliminates the need to cut out the tubular insulating parts.
- the non-combustible clothing can e.g. Plasterboard elements formed his.
- plasterboard as wall elements for a chimney construction already known from DE 199 09 788 A1; however, these plasterboard panels form here the actual chimney shaft and in contrast to the invention do not serve as Formwork or clothing.
- non-combustible clothing is made in one piece is angled elements. This particularly facilitates the Assembly, since only one element has to be handled, and there is an assembly the clothing is only required on one butt edge.
- One trained in this way Clothing can also be provided as a flat component, which also requires space reduced for transportation and storage.
- the cover of the front Step folds in the case of a cast fire protection material for the inner layer of the Outer sheath at the same time as formwork for the formation of the facing folds serves. Because of this double function of the cover, a reduction can be made the manufacturing effort and on the other hand a reduction in the number of Achieve components. In particular, this allows a further cost reduction.
- FIGs 1 to 3 is a first embodiment for a fireplace element 1, in which the fire protection material for the inner layer is poured.
- the Prefabricated fireplace element 1 has an outer jacket 2, which is in its interior has an insulating shell 3 serving as an insulation arrangement. It also has one bottom cover as bottom end part 4 and an upper cover as Falzausformteil 5, which serve both as edge elements for transport protection as also as detachable covers for possible molding and to protect the Step folds on the front of the chimney element 1.
- the outer jacket 2 is formed from two layers, namely through the outer layer in the form of a cladding 21 made of plasterboard and through the inner layer in the form of a fire protection material layer 22.
- the clothing 21 and the insulating shell 3 are positively on this Bottom end part 4 placed, as can be seen in particular from Fig. 2.
- the bottom part 4 has a centering device 41 in the form of a protruding cylinder stump.
- the diameter of the centering device 41 corresponds essentially to the inner diameter of the insulating shell 3, see above that this is positioned by the centering device 41.
- the bottom end part 4 has grooves 42 (cf. FIG. 3) for receiving serve an edge portion of the clothing 21. This will be on Bottom end part 4 positioned.
- the clothing 21 comes automatically to the to be in the correct position, causing a shift in the formwork that is to be lost Clothing 21 effectively prevented during the pouring of the fire protection material is.
- this also creates a step fold on the lower one End face of the fireplace element 1 is formed.
- distal edge portion of the clothing 21 also arranged the fold molding 5, which the edge region of the clothing 21 to form the upper step fold on Prefabricated chimney element 1 overlaps in steps and has a free internal dimension, which corresponds to the inner dimension of the clothing 21.
- the rebate molding 5 is in this case also over the insulating shell 3, so that it is also effective protection for the chimney element 1 can serve if several of them one above the other for transport be stacked.
- the insulating shell 3 and the clothing 21 according to the invention as lost Formwork are used, they are also part of the fireplace element 1.
- the bottom end part 4 and the seam molding part 5 are only after completion of the chimney element 1 removed at the construction site, because these parts serve at the same time as a transport lock.
- the individual fireplace elements 1 are positively placed on top of each other by the step folds. In such a way built-up chimney train are then exhaust pipes in the usual way e.g. out Stainless steel, ceramic, plastic or the like introduced.
- FIG. 4 shows a top view of a second embodiment.
- the fire protection material is not in here cast mold used, but in the form of prefabricated panels, resulting in a Reduction in weight and dimensions leads, and here is enough for one Height of 500 mm an edge length of 328 mm, then the total weight only Is 13 kg.
- Such a prefabricated fireplace element 1 'according to the second embodiment therefore has an outer jacket 2 ', the outer layer of a clothing 21 a 9.5 mm thick plasterboard - in contrast to the first embodiment, where a 12.5 mm thick plasterboard was used - and one as the inner layer Fire protection material layer 22 'formed from the prefabricated fire protection panels which is used in the clothing 21.
- FIG. 5 shows an example of a possible design of the clothing 21.
- this is made of plasterboard and has four elements 211, 212, 213 and 214 of the same length, each in the area of a plaster layer 215 separated from each other by a wedge-shaped groove, but with a layer of cardboard 216 are still connected.
- the elements 211 to 214 thus form one one-piece clothing 21, but in the extended state according to the 5 can be provided.
- a fitter picks up the clothing 21, angles the individual elements 211 to 214 against each other and so forms a square, which at three corners through the box 216 and at the fourth corner where elements 211 and 214 meet mechanical fasteners are interconnected.
- FIG. 6 shows a plan view of an insulating shell 3, which consists of two Segments 31 and 32 is formed. As can be seen from this illustration, they are Butt surfaces of the segments are curved in the radial direction, so that the Center segments 31 and 32 automatically against each other. Therefore, it also results in Pouring the fire protection material no offset of the segments.
- the choice of the radius of curvature and also the orientation of the curvature can vary depending on the application can be varied.
- An insulating shell 3 designed in this way provides one independent aspect, which also in other applications than for the fireplace element 1 can have beneficial effects.
- the clothing 21 can also consist of individual elements that are not connected to one another are provided, which are then connected to each other in the course of the provision become.
- a material other than plasterboard such as, for example, can also be used for the clothing 21 Fiber cement boards, gypsum fiber boards or the like can be used.
- the insulating shell 3, the bottom end part 4 and the folded molding part 5 also made of foamed plastics, mineral wool, paper, wood or the like form.
- the insulation shell 3 is preferred for functional reasons made of mineral wool, in particular rock wool.
- the insulating shell 3 can also deviate from the embodiment shown in FIG. 6 be formed in one piece, or also consist of more than two segments.
- the inner layer of the outer jacket through out Bulk fire protection compound is formed. This is where the clothing is made 21 on the outside and the insulation arrangement 3 or 3 'on the inside Storage room for the bulk goods.
