Claims (7)
- Abgasrückführeinrichtung für eine Brennkraftmaschine mit einer von einem Auslaßsystem der Brennkraftmaschine kommenden Abgassammelleitung (2), die über ein Drehschieberventil (4) fluidisch mit Lufteinlaßkanälen der Brennkraftmaschine in Verbindung steht, wobei das Drehschieberventil ein Gehäuse (3) aufweist mit einem auf einer Drehachse (9) befestigten scheibenförmigen Schaltelement (10), das mit einer Steuerfläche (11) korrespondiert, die Öffnungen (13) aufweist, denen Abgassteuerkanäte (5) zugeordnet sind, wobei am Gehäuse (3) ein Antriebsmodul (6) für das Drehschieberventil (4) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerfläche (14) Schabekanten (15) aufweist, die mit dem Schaltelement (10) in Kontakt stehen.
- Abgasrückführeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebsmodul (6) über ein Kupplungsorgan (8) mit der Drehachse (9) des Schaltelementes (10) verbunden ist.
- Abgasrückführeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen (13) der Steuerfläche (14) eine definierte geometrische Form auf weisen, wie z.B. kreisrund, elliptisch, eckig, etc. derart, daß eine bestimmte Durchflußcharakteristik definierbar ist.
- Abgasrückführeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerfläche (14) aus einem keramischen Werkstoff gefertigt ist.
- Abgasrückführeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für eine 4-Zylinder-Brennkraftmaschine das scheibenförmige Schaltelement (10) im Querschnitt kreisrund mit entsprechenden Durchtrittsöffnungen (12) oder kreuzförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Abgasrückführeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schaltelement (10) mittels einer Feder (16) gegen die Steuerfläche (13) vorgespannt ist.
- Abgasrückführeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schaltelement (10) durch einen kardanisch damit verbundenen Mitnehmer (11) antreibbar ist.
