Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif de recirculation des gaz d'échappement pour un moteur à combustion interne, comportant une conduite collectrice de gaz d'échappement (2) venant d'un système d'échappement du moteur à combustion interne, qui est en communication fluidique avec des canaux d'admission d'air du moteur à combustion interne via une vanne rotative (4), la vanne rotative présentant un corps (3) comportant un élément de commutation (10) en forme de disque, fixé sur un axe de rotation (9), qui correspond avec une surface de commande (14) qui présente des ouvertures (13) auxquelles sont associés des canaux de commande des gaz d'échappement (5), un module d'entraínement (6) étant prévu sur le corps (3) pour la vanne rotative (4), caractérisé en ce que la surface de commande (14) présente des arêtes de raclage (15) qui sont en contact avec l'élément de commutation (10).
  2. Dispositif de recirculation des gaz d'échappement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le module de d'entraínement (6) est relié par un organe de couplage (8) à l'axe de rotation (9) de l'élément de commutation (10).
  3. Dispositif de recirculation des gaz d'échappement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures (13) de la surface de commande (14) présentent une forme géométrique définie, par exemple ronde, elliptique, carrée etc., de telle sorte qu'une caractéristique de passage précise peut être définie.
  4. Dispositif de recirculation des gaz d'échappement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface de commande (14) est réalisée en une céramique technique.
  5. Dispositif de recirculation des gaz d'échappement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que pour un moteur à combustion interne à 4 cylindres, l'élément de commutation (10) en forme de disque est réalisé avec une section circulaire avec des ouvertures de passage (12) correspondantes, ou cruciforme.
  6. Dispositif de recirculation des gaz d'échappement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de commutation (10) est précontraint au moyen d'un ressort (16) contre la surface de commande (13).
  7. Dispositif de recirculation des gaz d'échappement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de commutation (10) peut être entraíné par un entraíneur (11) relié par cardan avec celui-ci.
