Claims (15)
- Kragplattenanschlusselement (1) zur wärmedämmenden Verbindung einer Kragplatte (K) mit einer damit fluchtenden Betonboden- oder Betondeckenplatte (D), mit einem länglichen, quaderförmigen Isolierkörper (2) aus thermisch isolierendem Material und mit länglichen Bewehrungselementen in der Gestalt von Zugstäben (4), die sich im wesentlichen quer zum Isolierkörper (2) erstrecken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Isolierkörper (2) Durchgangsausnehmungen (6) aufweist, die senkrecht zur Längserstreckung des Isolierkörpers (2) verlaufen und dazu dienen, beim Einbau mit Beton gefüllt zu werden und so zwei fluchtende Druckelemente (3) bilden, die durch ein im Isolierkörper angeordnetes Gleitlager (9) getrennt sind.
- Kragplattenanschlusselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gleitlager (9) durch zwei mindestens annähernd in einer Ebene senkrecht zur Verlaufsrichtung der beiden Druckelemente (3) angeordneten Platten (21) aus Metall gebildet ist, zwischen denen eine Gleitschicht (22) aus Material mit niederem Reibungskoeffizienten angeordnet ist.
- Kragplattenanschlusselement nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitschicht (22) durch eine Gleitfolie gebildet ist.
- Kragplattenanschlusselement nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitschicht (22) durch eine Beschichtung auf mindestens einer der beiden einander zugekehrten Flächen der Platten (21) gebildet ist.
- Kragplattenanschlusselement nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Durchgangsausnehmungen (6) beidseitig Rohrabschnitte eingeschoben sind, die sich von aussen bis zum Gleitlager (9) erstrecken.
- Kragplattenanschlusselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in je einer Durchgangsausnehmung (3) zwei becherförmige Hülsen (9) eingeschoben sind, deren geschlossenen Grundflächen (92) aufeinander liegen, und dass zwischen den beiden Grundflächen (92) mindestens eine Gleitschicht (94) angeordnet ist.
- Kragplattenanschlusselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitschicht (94) durch eine Beschichtung mindestens einer der beiden becherförmigen Hülsen (9) gebildet ist.
- Kragplattenanschlusselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der beiden Hülsen (9) so verlängert ist, dass diese mit einem Kragen (95) über den Isolierkörper (2) nach aussen vorsteht und im eingebauten Zustand in die Kragplatte (K) und/oder die Betonboden- oder die Betondeckenplatte (D) hineinragt.
- Kragplattenanschlusselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils im Bereich der Gleitlager (5) im Isolierkörper (2) Entlüftungsbohrungen (12) vorhanden sind, die mit den Durchgangsausnehmungen (6, 6') kommunizieren.
- Kragplattenanschlusselement nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entlüftungsbohrungen (12) mit in den becherförmigen Hülsen (9) vorhandenen Entlüftungslöchern (93) kommunizieren.
- Kragplattenanschlusselement nach Anspruch 2 oder Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitschicht (94) so bemessen ist, dass sie als Isolationsschicht wirkt.
- Kragplattenanschlusselement nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Hülsen (9) und die Durchgangsausnehmungen (6) eine von der zylindrischen Form abweichende Gestalt haben, die eine lagedefinierte Halterung bewirkt.
- Kragplattenanschlusselement nach Anspruch 2 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in einer gemeinsamen Durchgangsausnehmung (6, 6') liegenden Platten (21) oder Hülsen (9) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Kragplattenanschlusselement nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung durch mindestens eine Niete (96) realisiert ist.
- Kragplattenanschlusselement nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchgangsausnehmungen eine ovale oder rechteckige Querschnittsform haben und belastungsbedingt hoch oder quer gerichtet angeordnet sind.
