Claims (9)
- Kette aus mehreren Beuteln (1a-e), die entlang von aneinandergrenzenden Seitenkanten (4, 4a; 5a, 5b; 4b, 4c; 5c, 5d; 4d, 4e) zusammengefügt sind, wobei jeder Beutel (1) der Kette (13) zwei Flächen aufweist, die mit Ausnahme einer Längskante (12) der Kette entlang ihres gesamten Umfangs miteinander verbunden sind, wobei jeder Beutel der Kette eine Öffnung (6, 6a-d) aufweist, welche in die Längskante (12) mündet und jede Fläche jedes Beutels (1 ) eine die Öffnung (6) begrenzende Hülle (7) aufweist, wobei eine bewegliche Schnur (8) in jeder Hülle (7) angeordnet ist und jede Schnur (8) in der Hülle auf Höhe von einer (4) der beiden Seitenkanten des Beutels befestigt ist und von außen durch einen in der Hülle (7) auf Höhe der anderen Seitenkante (5) des Beutels ausgesparten Einschnitt (9) ergriffen werden kann, wobei die Einschnitte (18) des Beutels der Kette entlang der Längskante (12) in regelmäßigen Abständen ausgeschnitten sind und die Kette auf Höhe der Einschnitte querverlaufende Heißschweißnähte (20) aufweist, wobei die Beutelkette entlang der Heißschweißnähte zerteilt werden soll, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstände zwischen den Einschnitten (18) der Beutel der Kette (13) der Breite von zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Beuteln der Kette entsprechen, wobei jeder Einschnitt zwei aufeinanderfolgende Beutel übergreift und die Kette außerdem querverlaufende Heißschweißnähte (19) mittig zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Einschnitten aufweist, wobei die Beutel der Kette zwischen ihren benachbarten Längskanten auf Höhe jedes Einschnitts (18) und mittig zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Einschnitten querverlaufend vorgestanzt sind, damit sie voneinander getrennt werden können.
- Kette gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die querverlaufenden Einstanzungen auf Höhe jedes Einschnitts (18) im Wesentlichen auf einer transversalen Symmetrieachse des Einschnitts angebracht sind, so dass der Einschnitt (18) in zwei im Wesentlichen symmetrische Einschnitte (9a-b) geteilt wird, die nach Auftrennen der Beutel auf beiden Seiten der Einstanzung dem jeweiligen Beutel (1a-1b) zugeordnet sind.
- Kette gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in jeder Hülle (7) eines Beutels (1 ) angeordnete Schnur (8) aus zwei Fäden besteht, die auf Höhe des Einschnitts (18) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Kette gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Kette wenigstens drei aufeinanderfolgende Beutel (1a-c) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mittlere Beutel (1b) der drei Beutel eine an die gegenüberliegende Seitenkante (5a) eines zweiten Beutels (1a) der drei Beutel angrenzende erste Seitenkante (5b) aufweist, wobei die aneinandergrenzenden Seitenkanten (5a, 5b) des mittleren Beutels und des zweiten Beutels auf Höhe der Längskante (12) an den Boden eines Einschnitts (18) stoßen, wobei der Einschnitt (18) den mittleren Beutel (1b) und den zweiten Beutel (1a) übergreift, wobei die zweite Seitenkante (4b) des mittleren Beutels an die gegenüberliegende Seitenkante (4c) des dritten Beutels (1c) der drei Beutel grenzt und die aneinandergrenzenden Seitenkanten (4b, 4c) des mittleren Beutels und des dritten Beutels mit keinem Einschnitt der Kette in Kontakt sind.
- Kette gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kette als Rolle um eine im Wesentlichen querverlaufende Richtung vorliegt.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Kette von Beuteln gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die Schritte umfasst:a) Ausschneiden einer kontinuierlichen Hülse (14), die aus einer Kunststofffolie besteht, beispielsweise aus Polyethylen, im Wesentlichen entlang zwei sich transversal gegenüberliegenden Längsachsen der Hülse, so dass man zwei getrennte Halbhülsen (14a, 14b) erhält,b) Entfernen der beiden Halbhülsen voneinanderc) Ausschneiden von Folienabschnitten (16) bei den beiden Längskanten (12) jeder Halbhülse (14a, 14b) in gleichmäßigen Abständen, die der doppelten Breite (1) eines Beutels entlang jeder Längskante (12) entsprechen, wobei die ausgeschnittenen Abschnitte in der Querrichtung der Halbhülsen im Wesentlichen gepaart sind,d) Anordnen von zwei Fäden (8) im Inneren jeder Halbhülse, welche jeweils aus einem Kunststoffband bestehen, wobei die Fäden (8) entlang jeder der beiden Längskanten (12) der Halbhülse auf Höhe der ausgeschnittenen Abschnitte (16) angeordnet sind,e) Umschlagen jeder Längskante (12) jeder Halbhülse (14a, 14b) um den entsprechenden Faden (8) nach Innen, im Wesentlichen entlang einer Längsachse (B), die durch die ausgeschnittenen Abschnitte (16) verläuft, so dass jeder Faden durch einen Ausschnitt (9a, 9b, 9c, 9d) von außen zugänglich bleibt, welcher durch das Umschlagen der Stelle jedes ausgeschnittenen Folienabschnittes (16) auf sich selbst entsteht,f) Heißverschweißen der umgeschlagenen Ränder parallel zur Längsrichtung der Halbhülse zur Bildung einer Hülle (7) an jedem Rand (12) der Folie, in welcher ein Faden der Schnur angeordnet ist,g) Anbringen von mehreren Paaren (19, 20) von aneinandergrenzenden querverlaufenden Heißschweißnähten in gleichmäßigen Abständen, die der Breite (l) eines Beutels entsprechen, entlang der Längskanten (4, 4a; 5a, 5b; 4b, 4c; 5c, 5d; 4d, 4e) mehrerer aneinandergrenzender Beutel (1, 1a-e), die eine Kette (13) bilden, wobei jedes Paar der Heißschweißnähte (19, 20) abwechselnd auf Höhe eines Einschnitts (18) und mittig zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Einschnitten gebildet wird,h) Vorstanzen der Beutel zwischen den Heißschweißnähten jeder Paars (19, 20) von Heißschweißnähten.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man im Schritt c) im Wesentlichen kreisförmige Abschnitte ausschneidet, so dass man im Schritt h) Beutel (1, 1a-e) erhält, die jeweils einen einzelnen Einschnitt (9, 9a-d) im Wesentlichen in Form eines Viertelkreises aufweisen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Beutelkette gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:a) Ausschneiden einer aus einer Kunststofffolie, beispielsweise aus Polyethylen bestehenden Hülse (14) in Längsrichtung im Wesentlichen in der Mitte, so dass man zwei getrennte Halbhülsen (14a, 14b) erhält,b) Entfernen der beiden Halbhülsen voneinander,c) Umschlagen jeder Längskante (12) jeder Halbhülse nach innen,d) Ausschneiden von Folienabschnitten (116) entlang der beiden umgeschlagenen Längskanten (12) jeder Halbhülse (14a, 14b) in regelmäßigen Abständen, die der Breite von zwei Beuteln entsprechen,e) Einführen eines aus einem Kunststoffband bestehenden Fadens (8) in das Innere jeder umgeschlagenen Kante der Halbhülse, so dass jeder Faden durch den Einschnitt (18), der aus jedem ausgeschnittenen Folienabschnitt (116) entsteht, von außen zugänglich ist,f) Heißverschweißen der umgeschlagenen Kanten parallel zu der Längsrichtung (12) der Halbhülse zur Bildung einer Hülle (7) an jeder Kante (12) der Folie, in welcher ein Faden der Schnur (8) angeordnet ist,g) Anbringen von mehreren Paaren (19, 20) von aneinandergrenzenden querverlaufenden Heißschweißnähten in gleichmäßigen Abständen, die der Breite (l) eines Beutels entsprechen, entlang der Längskanten (4, 4a; 5a, 5b; 4b, 4c; 5c, 5d; 4d, 4e) mehrerer aneinandergrenzender Beutel (1, 1a-e), die eine Kette (13) bilden, wobei jedes Paar der Heißschweißnähte (19, 20) abwechselnd auf Höhe eines Einschnitts (18) und mittig zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Einschnitten gebildet wird,h) Vorstanzen der Beutel zwischen den Heißschweißnähten jeder Paars (19, 20) von Heißschweißnähten.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man in dem Schritt d) im Wesentlichen halbkreisförmige Abschnitte (116) ausschneidet, so dass man im Schritt h) Beutel (1, 1 a-e) erhält, die jeweils einen einzelnen Einschnitt (9, 9a-d) im Wesentlichen in Form eines Viertelkreises aufweisen.
