Abstract
Description
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, einen Stoff für Sonnenschutzeinrichtungen der eingangs genannten Art derart weiterzubilden, dass der Stoff eine geringe direkte Sonnenlicht-Einstrahlung zulässt, jedoch andererseits eine relativ hohe Durchsicht nach unten gewährleistet.
Gemäß einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung können die betreffenden ersten Fäden mit mitlaufenden Zusatzfäden so verstärkt werden, bis die gewünschte Auskragung der Rippen aus der sonstigen Stoffebene bzw. der Ebene der zweiten Fäden verwirklicht ist. Die Rippen besitzen dann einen länglichen, flachen Querschnitt, der bevorzugt etwa senkrecht zur Ebene der zweiten Fäden ausgerichtet ist, der jedoch auch - erfindungsgemäß - zu dieser Ebene bzw. der sonstigen Stoffebene einen vorgegebenen Neigungswinkel einnehmen kann.

Claims (22)
- Stoff für Sonnenschutzeinrichtungen, insbesondere für Rollos, Raffrollos oder Vertikallamellen,
mit in einer ersten Richtung verlaufenden ersten Fäden (6, 8) und hierzu im wesentlichen quer oder senkrecht verlaufenden zweiten Fäden (4),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einige der ersten Fäden (8) Rippen bilden, die in der ersten Richtung verlaufen und mit ihrem Querschnitt aus der Stoffebene bzw. der von den zweiten Fäden (4) gebildeten Ebene ein vorgegebenes Maß abstehen. - Stoff nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Rippen bildenden ersten Fäden (8) zusammen mit in erster Richtung mitlaufenden Zusatzfäden (10) Rippenquerschnitte senkrecht zur Ebene der zweiten Fäden (4) bilden. - Stoff nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Rippen bildenden ersten Fäden (8) gegebenenfalls zusammen mit in erster Richtung mitlaufenden Zusatzfäden (10) einen senkrecht zu der Ebene der zweiten Fäden (4) ausgerichteten länglichen, flachen Querschnitt aufweisen oder bilden. - Stoff nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass neben jedem n-ten ersten Faden (6), wobei n = 1, 2, 3, ... im wesentlichen im Abstand von zu der Ebene der zweiten Fäden (4) zur Bildung der Rippen zusätzliche erste Fäden (8) angeordnet sind. - Stoff nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in regelmäßigem Abstand voneinander zwischen ersten Fäden (6) zusätzliche erste Fäden (8) angeordnet sind, die senkrecht zu der Ebene der zweiten Fäden (4) rippenförmig nach außen von der Stoffebene abstehen. - Stoff nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Fäden (4) in mehreren parallelen Ebenen angeordnet sind. - Stoff nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Fäden (4) aus transparentem Material bestehen. - Stoff nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Fäden (8), welche die Rippen bilden, alle auf einer Seite der zweiten Fäden (4) angeordnet sind. - Stoff nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den die Rippen bildenden ersten Fäden (8) benachbart einzelne erste Fäden einen vergrößerten Abstand voneinander aufweisen. - Stoff nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einige der ersten Fäden (6, 8) aus transparentem oder semitransparentem Material bestehen. - Stoff nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Rippen bildenden ersten Fäden (8) und/oder die in erster Richtung mitlaufenden Zusatzfäden (10) einen länglichen, flachen Querschnitt mit einer längeren Querschnittsachse (a) und einer kürzeren Querschnittsachse (b) aufweisen und derart an den ersten und/oder den zweiten Fäden (4, 6, 8) befestigt sind, dass die längere Querschnittsachse (a) aus der Stoffebene oder der von den zweiten Fäden (4) gebildeten Ebene senkrecht oder unter einem Winkel α < 90° nach unten geneigt abstehen. - Stoff nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere erste Fäden (8) zur Bildung der Rippen benachbart nebeneinander so angeordnet sind, dass ihr Querschnitt auf einer Geraden angeordnet ist, die zur Stoffebene oder zur Ebene der zweiten Fäden (4) einen Winkel α≤ = 90° einnimmt. - Stoff nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einige der die Rippen bildenden ersten Fäden (8) und/oder die Zusatzfäden (10) mindestens über einen vorgegebenen Umfangsabschnitt ihres Querschnitts verspiegelt sind. - Stoff nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einige der die Rippen bildenden ersten Fäden (8) und/oder der Zusatzfäden (10) über ihre gesamte Umfangsfläche verspiegelt sind. - Stoff nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einige der die Rippen bildenden ersten Fäden (8) und/oder der Zusatzfäden (10) aus spiegelndem Metall bestehen. - Stoff nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einige der die Rippen bildenden ersten Fäden (8) und/oder der Zusatzfäden (10) näherungsweise einen polygonalen Querschnitt aufweisen. - Stoff nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Rippen bildenden ersten Fäden (8) und/oder die Zusatzfäden (10) auf einer Seite aus der Stoffebene oder der von den zweiten Fäden (4) gebildeten Ebene nach außen herausragen. - Stoff nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einige der ersten Fäden (6, 8) auf der von den Rippen abgewandten Seite der Stoffebene mit einer Schicht versehen sind, die eine geringe Wärmemission aufweist. - Stoff nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stoffebene aus einer Lage der zweiten Fäden (4) und einer Lage der ersten Fäden (6, 8) gebildet ist. - Stoff nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Rippen bildenden ersten Fäden und/oder die Zusatzfäden (10) in einem vorgegebenem Abstand vor den zweiten Fäden (4) angeordnet sind. - Behang einer Sonnenschutzeinrichtung, insbesondere eines Rollos oder eines Raffrollos,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein erster Abschnitt des Behangs plus einem Stoff gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 besteht. - Behang nach Anspruch 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein zweiter Abschnitt des Behangs aus einem Stoff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 besteht und verschieden ist von dem ersten Abschnitt des Behangs.
