Claims (12)
- Curseur (6) de lève-vitre avec une rainure (15) de réception d'un guide (2) de curseur, présentant :une structure métallique (10) ;une pièce en matière plastique (11) formant la rainure (15) ;une pièce de support de vitre monobloc avec la pièce en matière plastique ;des moyens d'assemblage à froid (21, 22) de la pièce en matière plastique sur la structure métallique.
- Le curseur de la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'assemblage à froid comprennent, sur l'une de la structure métallique ou de la pièce en matière plastique, un ressort et une butée sollicitée par le ressort (21, 21a, 21b), sur l'autre de la pièce en matière plastique ou de la structure métallique, une encoche adaptée pour loger la butée (22, 22a, 22b), le ressort maintenant la butée dans l'encoche en bridant le mouvement relatif de la pièce en matière plastique et de la structure métallique.
- Le curseur de la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le ressort à lame est ménagé sur la pièce en matière plastique.
- Le curseur de la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le ressort à lame présente une partie en saillie dans la rainure.
- Le curseur de l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de la pièce formant rainure présente un module de traction supérieur à 450N/mm2.
- Le curseur de l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la structure métallique présente au moins un renfort (14a, 14b) de la pièce formant rainure.
- Le curseur de la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce la pièce formant rainure assemblée sur la structure métallique présente un jeu fonctionnel (19) par rapport au renfort (13a, 13b).
- Le curseur de l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la structure métallique présente un logement permettant l'assemblage de la pièce en matière plastique par coulissement dans le logement.
- Le curseur de l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre une pièce en contact avec la vitre présentant un module de traction inférieur à 1000N/mm2.
- Le curseur de l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de support de vitre est une partie articulée de la pièce en matière plastique.
- Le curseur de l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la structure présente en outre un plot (18) conformé pour s'assembler avec la pièce de support de vitre.
- Lève-vitre comprenant :un curseur selon l'une des revendications précédentes ;un câble entraínant le curseur ;un rail de guidage introduit dans la rainure du curseur.
