Abstract

Zum Erfassen der konstanten Fehlerwerte des Niveau-Ansprechwertes einer Druckdose zum Messen eines Wasserfüllstand-Festniveaus in einer Waschmaschine und der Wasserdurchflußmenge pro Zeiteinheit eines Ventiles der Waschmaschine werden die erfaßten Fehlerwerte zur Kalibrierung des Festniveaus und der Ventil-Durchflußmenge in einem Speicher der Waschmaschinensteuerung abgespeichert. Zu diesem Zwecke erfolgt zuerst ein Befüllen der Waschmaschine durch das Ventil, wobei die Füll-Wassermenge und die zugehörige Füllzeit gemessen werden. Anschließend erfolgt ein Befüllen der Waschmaschine durch dasselbe Ventil und/oder durch ein anderes Ventil bis zum Erreichen des Festniveaus, wobei die Gesamt-Wassermenge und die zugehörige Gesamtfüllzeit gemessen werden. Die gemessenen bzw. berechneten Werte werden mit den entsprechenden Sollwerten verglichen und die aus den Meßwerten sich ergebenden Fehlerwerte werden zu Kalibrierzwecken im Speicher der Waschmaschinenansteuerung abgespeichert.
