Definitions
- the invention relates to a facade construction with post and Bolt profiles and comprising a support structure from one first material and a glass-holding structure from one second material according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Mullion and transom facades have the function, on the one hand that Securing facade elements securely and secondly the occurring load due to its own weight, wind or Safe transfer of traffic loads.
- Basic functions exist systems in which a division of the functions between a supporting structure and one glass-holding structure. Examples for this are Wood-aluminum facades or various Adapter systems in which a support structure made of high-strength Material, for example steel, a glass-holding structure is assigned, which is more variable in terms of its shape can be designed or advantages in attachment offers a cover strip against the posts or transoms. at all these functionally divided facade systems will be the glass-holding structure using fasteners fixed to the supporting structure.
- the invention has for its object a To propose facade construction, as it were in shape a modular facade with a simple installation a high Has variability in terms of specific requirements.
- the invention is based on the idea that glass-holding structure without additional fasteners directly can be attached to the support structure such that a positive connection between glass - holding structure and Support structure exists.
- the first material and the second material can be combined with one another as desired.
- the first material and the second material can be identical his. This combination of features achieves a high level Variability of the facade construction in relation to different requirements at the same time easy assembly.
- the materials can be targeted with regard to be selected on the desired properties and it no additional fasteners are required to glass-holding structure to attach to the support structure.
- the resulting positive connection offers a very secure attachment of the glass-holding structure the supporting structure.
- the first Material and the second material is corrosion-chemical coordinated. It is therefore in the combination of Materials for the glass-holding structure and for the Support structure made sure that between the materials no corrosion occurs, which affects the overall function of the Facade construction or its optical could endanger appearance. It is preferably that first material steel, coated or galvanized steel or stainless steel or copper. Aluminum is too usable.
- the second material for making the glass-holding structure is aluminum, coated Aluminum, stainless steel or steel with coil coating, coated or galvanized.
- the support structure is preferably a roll-formed one welded body with closed cross section. Further Possibilities are drawing or extruding the Supporting structure. This shape offers in relation to the required material use a very high strength. About that In addition, the strength can be influenced by the Material thickness of the support structure at the respective Load case is adjusted. Through this additional Measure can be a kink and bulge for larger ones Avoid construction depths.
- the glass-holding Structure a screw channel for receiving a Fixing screw on, if the positive Connection between glass-holding structure and supporting structure partially arranged in a recess in the support structure is.
- This measure reduces the height of the entire structure and also has advantages in that an increased The facade profile is stable and also a there is a better K value.
- the disadvantage is, however also in the fact that a larger lever arm with glass supports is present because the screw channel has a smaller extension has the final level of the supporting structure.
- the glass-holding structure is in the Support structure attachable, at least one Attachment approach of the glass-holding structure provided in this way is that when there is a relative movement between glass holding Structure and support structure perpendicular to the longitudinal extension of the Support structure in at least one appropriately shaped Undercut engages in the supporting structure.
- the hanging is thus done by a single movement between glass-holding structure and supporting structure that are relatively between the two components and perpendicular to the longitudinal extension of the Support structure takes place.
- This hooking represents a very simple attachment variant, the corresponding Orientation of the undercut, particularly with respect to the latch a very secure attachment between glass-holding structure and supporting structure.
- Will the Hanging technology used in the post area so are however, preferably securing elements for securing the position the glass-holding structure suspended in the supporting structure recommended.
- the glass-holding structure has one screw channel and two rectified attachment approaches on both sides of the Screw channel are arranged.
- the provision of the two rectified attachment lugs ensures that continue to mount the unidirectional glass-holding structure in the supporting structure is possible.
- glass-holding structure can be inserted into the supporting structure, whereby at least one attachment lug of the glass-holding structure by a relative movement between the glass-holding structure and support structure in at least one correspondingly shaped Undercut can be introduced in the support structure.
- Under the attachment alternative of insertion thus becomes one Relative movement between glass holding structure and Support structure understood in the longitudinal direction of the basic structure. Pushing the glass holding structure into the Support structure allows simple shaping of the two components to be interconnected. However, it must are taken into account that the posts and Bars can have a considerable length and thus inserting a glass holder that is several meters long Structure in the supporting structure both in terms of the spatial conditions as well as the insertion aggravating friction effects must be taken into account.
- the glass-holding structure made of a material with high Elasticity and is shaped to fit into each other facing receiving spaces of the support structure can be snapped into place.
- the glass holding structure is in the Support structure clipped in. In the simplest case, this can be done a relative movement between the glass-holding structure and Support structure perpendicular to the longitudinal extension of the support structure as well as perpendicular to the outside of the facade directional end face of the support structure.
- glass-holding structure can be inserted into the supporting structure, whereby at least two fastening approaches of the glass-holding Structure are provided so that in a two-stage Relative movement between glass holding structure and Support structure in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal extension of the Support structure the at least two attachment approaches in suitably shaped, facing each other undercuts are clickable.
- the two-stage relative movement exists here from a first stage and a subsequent one second stage, whose direction of movement is essentially in opposite direction to the direction of movement of the first Level is.
- the thing that happens through the back and forth movement Snap the glass-holding structure into the supporting structure is also known as the shuffle technique. So that Latching with the help of the shuffle technique is possible adequate play in the relative movement between Support structure and glass-holding structure can be provided, the larger than the coverage of the attachment approaches glass-holding structure with the undercuts of the Support structure is.
- the basic structure of a Facade construction with posts and transoms formed Profiles, between an inner seal as well as an outer seal held facade elements and one on the Facade arranged cover strip that against the Base profile is clamped, known, when fixing the cover strip one or more fastening screws in introduced a screw channel and the facade elements be held between the inner and outer seal. additionally serve the walls of a screw channel in Transom area to support glass supports on which the Facade elements lie on. Since the expert this Basic construction is known, can be targeted in the following the connection according to the invention between a support structure and a glass-holding structure.
- the supporting structure as well as the glass-holding structure are functionally decoupled from each other and in all subsequent ones described embodiments in a simple manner connected with each other.
- the connection between the supporting structure and glass-holding structure takes place without screwing in, Welding, gluing, riveting or the like.
- the advantages of this similar to a modular facade consist of that, for example, always the same glass-holding structure can be used and this with a supporting structure adapted to the respective task is combined. So by adjusting the support structure a safe load transfer by wind, dead weight or Traffic loads generated loads can be achieved. About that Any combination of materials is also possible.
- steel is used for the basic construction S 280 GD raw and galvanized with coil alloy, stainless steel 1.4301, 1.4401 / rolled or ground or polished as well Aluminum used and steel for the glass-holding structure S 280 GD raw as well as galvanized coil alloy, 1.4301, 1.4401 or Aluminum.
- any other are also Material combinations possible, preferably in view be selected for their corrosion-chemical admissibility.
- Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of a post or Riegelels a facade, in this as well as all the figures shown below are only very schematic View of the support structure and glass-holding structure of a Pfostens or Riegel is shown. In the case of a latch the display of glass supports is also dispensed with.
- the post or bar shown in Fig. 1 consists of a support structure 10, which in the present case as Hollow profile is formed.
- the supporting structure can for example as a roll-formed and welded body be made.
- a recess 14 with Undercuts, in the present case one dovetail-shaped groove On the outside of the facade facing side of the support structure is a recess 14 with Undercuts, in the present case one dovetail-shaped groove.
- Figures 1 and 2 as well, if nothing else below is mentioned, all subsequent figures each show a section through the support structure and glass-holding structure perpendicular to the length of the profiles. Therefore runs the dovetail-shaped groove 14 in the longitudinal direction of the Supporting structure 10.
- To easily hold a glass To be able to attach structure 12 to the supporting structure 10, has this complementary to the inclined side surfaces 16th molded attachment lugs 20, which are in the mounting position with increasing distance from the outside of the facade spread increasingly and therefore within the dovetail-shaped groove a positive connection form.
- the glass holding structure 12 is in the present Design example made of steel, stainless steel or aluminum manufactured and is made of steel in the support structure 10, Stainless steel or aluminum inserted lengthways.
- the Glass-holding structure 12 has a one-piece component a screw channel 22 as well as holding elements 24 for Attachment of interior sealing strips (not shown).
- FIG. 3 has a different one Geometry on.
- individual dovetail-shaped groove 14 are two grooves 14a and 14b provided that also undercuts in the area of a have a screw channel support in the center.
- the glass-holding structure 12 has correspondingly shaped Attachment approaches 20a and 20b, which in the Engage undercuts and thus after insertion the glass-holding structure 12 on the support structure 10 a Ensure a positive connection.
- Support structure 10 roll-formed from a single strip of material 4 shows an alternative embodiment consisting from two identical sections 10a and 10b, the be arranged mirror-symmetrically to each other and over a Weld 15 are connected to each other. It arises also a support structure with a screw channel support, form the two grooves 14a and 14b with undercuts.
- FIGS. 6 to 8 are embodiments of the invention shown, in which the glass-holding structure 12 in the Support structure 10 is hooked. You can choose between one simple attachment according to the schematically shown Embodiment according to Fig. 5 and a multiple suspension according to the embodiments of FIGS. 6 to 8 with each a double attachment can be distinguished.
- FIGS. 6 to 8 a double hooking are different Possible design alternatives.
- the embodiment of Figure 6 shows a glass-holding structure with holding elements 24 for Inner weather strip, while in the embodiment according to 7 and 8, the two inner seals not from the glass-holding structure 12, but from the supporting structure being held.
- mounting ribs 26 in the Support structure 10 shaped.
- This embodiment according to FIG. 8 is a very simple design with little Material use with a special design of the Inner seals that are in relation to the center through the Screw channel running axis of symmetry 30 is not symmetrical is designed.
- the inner seal 13 is in the embodiment according to FIG. 8 provided with a locking lug 13a, which in the context of their Elasticity from hanging out of the glass-holding structure 12 the support structure 10 prevented.
- Fig. 9 shows an embodiment of the invention in which the Attaching the glass-holding structure 12 to the support structure 10 by latching using the so-called shuffle technique he follows.
- the support structure 10 has one Groove 14 arranged on both sides of the axis of symmetry Undercuts in the after the joining process corresponding attachment lugs 20a and 20b of the intervene glass-holding structure.
- the hanging takes place in the Essentially through two successive movements that are indicated in Fig. 9 with the arrows B and C and their Direction of movement essentially opposite to each other runs.
- the attachment projection 20b in FIG the corresponding part 14b of the undercut groove 14 inserted until there is no more play in the direction of movement B between the support structure and glass-holding structure.
- the spring action of the seal can precede all and Embodiments described below used e.g. about insertion by creating play to facilitate, or to facilitate hanging with play.
- Figures 10 to 15 each show another Fastening alternative between support structure 10 and glass-holding structure 12, the glass-holding structure is formed from a material with high elasticity, so that it can be snapped into the supporting structure. So that there is a positive connection, lies here also an undercut depression 14 in the Supporting structure in front of either, a dovetail-shaped Can be groove, or according to the embodiment of FIG. 10, 12 and 13 facing depressions on both sides of the Have axis of symmetry 28 and also in this embodiment for hanging the glass-holding structure using the Shuffle technology would be suitable in principle.
- undercuts as in 14 and 15 is shown in the area of a Provide screw channel support 36, which is essentially T-shaped over the bottom of the grooves 14a and 14b and thus undercut areas facing away from one another in the forms two groove sections 14a and 14b.
- the glass-holding structure is included corresponding attachment lugs 20a and 20b provided again in the undercuts 14a and 14b in the Snap in the supporting structure.
- the screw channel can be in Axis direction 28 are supported by either on the Groove base of the groove rests on a support shoulder that is from the bottom of the groove to the outside of the facade extends, or by this on a Screw channel support rests.
- the glass-holding Provide structure with sufficient spring elasticity be in order not to get out of the positive contact with the support structure pulled out be or snap out.
- FIG. 11 which is a schematic three dimensional view of a glass holding structure in the Interaction with an associated supporting structure shows finds the positive connection between glass-holding Structure and support structure do not take place over the entire length. Rather, the glass-holding structure 12 in Fastening tabs spaced apart in the longitudinal direction 40a to 40c provided on both sides of the screw channel, which in the correspondingly shaped depressions 14a and 14b of the Support structure 10 can snap. That way in addition to the positive contact and the firm connection between the supporting structure and the glass-holding structure in the direction a positive fit to the outside of the facade Connection created an undesirable relative movement between supporting structure and glass holding structure in Prevents longitudinal direction.
- Fig. 12 shows an alternative embodiment in which the Groove bottom of the recess 14 is not flat, but one has central projection 42, both as a stiffener serves as a movement of the spring arms 40 of the glass-holding structure 12 in the direction of the axis 28 prevented.
- each attachment hook 44 which is due to a hook-shaped Design with a corresponding shape of the glass-holding structure a positive contact between Support structure and glass-holding structure allow, so that the glass-holding structure either resiliently on the Attachment hook 44 of the support structure 10 is clipped in or but the glass-holding structure is rigid and in Longitudinal direction of the support structure on the attachment hooks 44 is postponed.
- All of the above-mentioned exemplary embodiments have in common that a functional decoupling between support structure and glass-holding structure takes place. It takes place between the Support structure and the glass-holding structure a simple Connection instead of that by pushing in, hanging in, Click in or clip in. Screws, rivets or but they are not welded or glued required.
- the functional decoupling between Support structure and glass-holding structure can be one to the Support structure adapted to the respective task can be used and in any combination of materials one for the optimized glass-holding structure for each application to be selected.
