Claims (25)
- Falzvorrichtung für Bogen aus Papier, Kunststoff und dergleichen, mit wenigstens einer Falztasche und wenigstens einem Umleitsteg für den zu falzenden Bogen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Falztasche (1) und der Umleitsteg (13) an einer gemeinsamen Halterung (9, 10, 14) gehalten sind. - Falzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterung zwei Seitenwände (9, 10) aufweist, zwischen denen die Falztasche (1) und der Umleitsteg (13) angeordnet sind. - Falzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwände (9, 10) vorteilhaft U-förmigen Querschnitt aufweisende Profilteile sind. - Falzvorrichtung, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Falztasche (1) und der Umleitsteg (13) gegensinnig verstellbar sind. - Falzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Falztasche (1) und dem Umleitsteg (13) ein gemeinsamer Antrieb (68) zugeordnet ist. - Falzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Falztasche (1) mit wenigstens einer, vorzugsweise mit zwei Antriebsspindeln (11, 12) verbunden ist. - Falzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umleitsteg (13) mit wenigstens einer, vorzugsweise mit zwei Antriebsspindeln (11, 12) verbunden ist. - Falzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Falztasche (1) und der Umleitsteg (13) mit wenigstens einer, vorzugsweise mit zwei gemeinsamen Antriebsspindeln (11, 12) verbunden sind. - Falzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsspindel (11, 12) Gewindeabschnitte (18 bis 21) mit gegenläufiger Steigung aufweist. - Falzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eine Gewindeabschnitt (18, 20) mit einem Mitnehmer (24, 25) zusammenwirkt, der mit der Falztasche (1) verbunden ist und daß vorzugsweise der andere Gewindeabschnitt (19, 21) mit einem Mitnehmer (51, 52) zusammenwirkt, der mit dem Umleitsteg (13) verbunden ist. - Falzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unterschiedlichen Gewindeabschnitte (18 bis 21) auf verschiedenen Spindelteilen vorgesehen sind, die durch Kupplungsstücke (22, 23) drehfest miteinander verbunden sind. - Falzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Falztasche (1) aus einer zurückgezogenen Ruhelage in eine Arbeitslage verstellbar ist. - Falzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umleitsteg (13) aus einer zurückgezogenen Ruhelage in eine Arbeitslage verstellbar ist. - Falzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Falztasche (1) beim Verstellen quer zu ihrer Verschieberichtung verstellbar ist. - Falzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens in der einen Seitenwand (9, 10), vorzugsweise in beiden Seitenwänden, wenigstens eine Kulissenführung (29, 35) vorgesehen ist, in der ein mit der Falztasche (1) verbundener Kulissenstein (27, 28, 33, 34) geführt ist. - Falzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kulissenführung (29, 35) zwei quer zur Falztasche (1) versetzt angeordnete Führungsabschnitte (30, 31, 36, 37) aufweist, die über einen schräg zu ihnen liegenden Zwischenabschnitt (32, 38) ineinander übergehen. - Falzvorrichtung, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umleitsteg (13) mit der Falztäsche (1) gekuppelt ist. - Falzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umleitsteg (13) an einem Träger (39) vorgesehen ist, der in Verschieberichtung der Falztasche (1) relativ zu ihr verschiebbar ist. - Falzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Falztasche (1) wenigstens eine in Verschieberichtung des Umleitsteges (13) verlaufende, vorteilhaft als ein in der Falztasche (1) vorgesehener Längsschlitz ausgebildete Führung (45, 46) aufweist, die mit einem dem Umleitsteg (13) zugeordneten Führungsteil (43, 44) zusammenwirkt. - Falzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umleitsteg (13) quer zu seiner Verschieberichtung in wenigstens einer, vorteilhaft am Mitnehmer (51, 52) des Umleitsteges (13) vorgesehenen Führung (49, 50) geführt ist. - Falzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsspindel (11, 12) über ein Zahnradgetriebe (58, 61) mit einer Motorwelle (59) antriebsverbunden ist. - Falzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei vorteilhaft über ein Getriebe (57, 61) mit einem Meßgeber (63) verbundene Antriebsspindeln (11, 12) über einen Riementrieb (64) miteinander antriebsverbunden sind. - Falzvorrichtung, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Anschlag (5) zur Einstellung der Falzlänge automatisch einstellbar ist. - Falzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlag (5) durch wenigstens einen Endlostrieb (76 bis 78, 83 bis 85) einstellbar ist. - Falzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 24,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für den Anschlag (5) zwei Endlostriebe (76 bis 78, 83 bis 85) vorgesehen sind, die über eine Welle (75) gemeinsam antreibbar sind, die vorteilhaft über ein Getriebe (79, 80) mit einem Meßgeber (82) verbunden ist.
