Claims (11)
- Waschmaschine für Metallbänder, umfassenddadurch gekennzeichnet,ein Gehäuse (1) mit einer Einzugsöffnung (4) und einer Auslauföffnung (5) zur Durchführung eines Metallbandes (6),mindestens eine innerhalb des Gehäuses (1) angeordnete Auftragsvorrichtung (13, 14, 15, 16) zum Aufbringen von Reinigungsflüssigkeit (3) auf das Metallband (6),sowie wenigstens eine von oberhalb und von unterhalb der Metallbandebene (8) auf das Metallband (6) wirkende, im Bereich der Auslauföffnung (5) angeordnete Abquetscheinrichtung (17),dass innerhalb des Gehäuses (1) eine Anzahl von Richtwalzen (12) vorgesehen ist, die abwechselnd oberhalb und unterhalb der Metallbandebene angeordnet sind sowie von oben und/oder von unten in die Metallbandebene (8) hineinreichen.
- Waschmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Richtwalzen (12) in der Art einer Vorrichtmaschine angeordnet sind. - Waschmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die durch die Richtwalzen (12) verursachten Biegeradien des Metallbandes (6) größer als übliche Biegeradien in Richtmaschinen sind. - Waschmaschine nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Richtwalzen (12) einen Durchmesser von 200 bis 300 mm, vorzugsweise etwa 250 mm, aufweisen. - Waschmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass drei bis fünf Richtwalzen (12) vorgesehen sind. - Waschmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftragsvorrichtung (13, 14, 15, 16) so angeordnet ist, dass sie die Reinigungsflüssigkeit (3) zumindest teilweise zwischen den Richtwalzen (12) auf das Metallband (6) aufbringt. - Waschmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftragsvorrichtung zumindest eine Sprühvorrichtung (13, 14, 16) umfasst. - Waschmaschine nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine zusätzliche Sprühvorrichtung (14) den Richtwalzen (12) zugeordnet ist. - Waschmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor, nach und/oder zwischen den Richtwalzen (12) wenigstens ein Paar von oberhalb und unterhalb der Metallbandebene (8) angeordneten Bürstenwalzen (15) vorgesehen ist. - Waschmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der Einzugsöffnung (4) ein Paar aus oberhalb und unterhalb der Metallbandebene (8) angeordneten und zusammenwirkenden Einzugswalzen (9) angeordnet ist. - Waschmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Richtwalzen (12) mit einem gemeinsamen Antrieb oder mit synchronisierten Antrieben versehen sind.
