Abstract
- für verschiedene Preßkräfte werden die Verformungen der Matrizenplatte (12) gemessen oder errechnet und die korrelierenden Werte in einem Speicher tabellarisch abgelegt, wobei die Verformungskräfte aus der Differenz der Preßkräfte beider Stempel (16,18) ermittelt werden und
- während des Preßvorgangs wird die Verformung ermittelt durch Anwendung der gemessenen Verformungskraft auf die Tabelle und der Zustellweg von Ober- und Unterstempel (16,18) nach Maßgabe der Verformung korrigiert.

Claims (4)
- Verfahren zum Verpressen von Pulvermaterial zu einem Preßling vorgegebenen Dicke und mit mindestens einer seitlichen Schrägfläche mit Hilfe einer Bohrung in einer Matrizenplatte zur Aufnahme des Pulvermaterials und eines Ober- und eines Unterstempels, welche mittels einer hydraulischen Kraftvorrichtung betätigbar und mittels einer Steuervorrichtung bezüglich der Matrizenplatte positionierbar sind, mit den folgenden Schrittenfür verschiedene Preßkräfte werden die Verformungen der Matrizenplatte gemessen oder errechnet und die korrelierenden Werte in einem Speicher tabellarisch abgelegt, wobei die Verformungskräfte aus der Differenz der Preßkräfte beider Stempel ermittelt werden undwährend des Preßvorgangs wird die Verformung ermittelt durch Anwendung der gemessenen Verformungskraft auf die Tabelle und der Zustellweg von Ober- und Unterstempel nach Maßgabe der Verformung korrigiert.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während des Preßvorgangs die Verformungskraft kontinuierlich ermittelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraftvorrichtung abgeschaltet wird, wenn die Preßkräfte bzw. die Verformungskraft unterhalb vorgegebener Werte liegen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für eine Reihe unterschiedlicher Preßkräfte an den Stempeln deren Stauchformung gemessen oder errechnet und die korrelierenden Werte in einem Speicher tabellarisch abgelegt werden und Zustellung von Unter- und Oberstempel nach Maßgabe der Stauchung korrigiert werden.
