Claims (13)
- Mélangeur pour mélanger une matière de base (14) et un liquide (13), comprenant une trémie d'alimentation verticale (11, 22, 23) pour la matière de base (14) et un espace de mélange (7) placé sous la trémie d'alimentation (11, 22, 23), dans lequel le liquide est admis et qui renferme un outil mélangeur (8) pouvant être entraîné en rotation, une hélice (15) tournant autour d'un axe vertical étant prévue dans la trémie d'alimentation (11, 22, 23), sur laquelle sont prévues des pales (17) s'étendant dans la direction radiale, et la trémie d'alimentation (11, 22, 23) présentant un diamètre inférieur à celui de l'espace de mélange (7) situé sous la trémie d'alimentation, caractérisé en ce que, dans la trémie d'alimentation (11, 22, 23), certains segments (18) de l'hélice rotative (15) qui s'étendent dans la direction du pourtour sont exempts de pales sur toute la hauteur de l'hélice (15), parallèlement à l'axe de cette dernière, formant ainsi dans l'hélice des passages libres de bout en bout parallèlement à l'axe.
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'hélice (15) tourne à une vitesse d'au moins 200 min-1, de préférence d'au moins 300 jusqu'à plus de 3000 min-1.
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs, notamment quatre pales (17) sont chaque fois prévues dans un plan orienté perpendiculairement à l'axe central de l'hélice (15).
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'hélice (15) présente plusieurs plans de pales (17) superposés.
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que, dans chaque plan, toutes les pales (17) sont parallèles dans la direction radiale à une pale (17) d'un plan voisin.
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la trémie d'alimentation (11, 22, 23) entoure étroitement l'hélice (15).
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'outil mélangeur (8) tourne autour d'un axe vertical (9).
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la trémie d'alimentation (11, 22, 23) possède une symétrie de révolution et en ce que son axe médian est aligné sur l'axe (9) de l'outil mélangeur (8).
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'hélice (15) est montée à l'extrémité supérieure de l'outil mélangeur (8).
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pales (17) de l'hélice (15) sont inclinées dans le sens d'avance.
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la trémie d'alimentation (11) est cylindrique.
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la trémie d'alimentation (22) se rétrécit de façon conique.
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la trémie d'alimentation (23) s'élargit de façon conique.
