Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur Detektion der Position einer Papierbahn, insbesondere in Nassoffsetdruck, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein farbfreier und/oder feuchtmittelfreier Streifen detektiert wird,
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der feuchtmittelfreie Streifen durch die Messung des Wassergehalts der Papierbahn detektiert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der farbfreie Streifen durch die Messung der Lichtabsorption detektiert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei der farb- und/oder feuchtmittelfreie Streifen durch ein Infrarot-Sensorsystem detektiert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, wobei das Infrarot-Sensorsystem die Absorption elektromagnetischer Strahlung in einem Wellenlängenbereich von 2,8 µm bis 3 µm, 1,4 µm bis 1,5 µm oder 900 bis 1000 nm misst.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Detektion des farb- und/oder feuchtmittelfreien Streifens mit einem Sensorsystem in Reflexionsanordnung und/oder Transmissionsanordnung durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine Referenzmessung in einem bestimmten Bereich der Papierbahn durchgeführt wird, insbesondere in einem nicht befeuchteten und/oder nicht bedruckten Streifen am Rand der Papierbahn.
- Verfahren zum Regeln der Position einer Papierbahn, wobei die nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche ermittelte Position der Papierbahn als IstWert der Regelung verwendet wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Detektion der Position einer Papierbahn, insbesondere im Nassoffsetdruck, mit mindestens einem Sensor (16, 26, 162) zum Detektieren des Feuchtmittel- oder Wassergehalts der Papierbahn und/oder zum Detektieren des Reflexions- oder Absorptionsprofils der Papierbahn.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, wobei der Sensor (16, 26, 162) ein InfrarotSensor ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10 mit einer Strahlungsquelle (160), wobei der mindestens eine Sensor (162) in Reflexionsanordnung und/oder Transmissionsanordnung angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11 mit einer Regelvorrichtung, die mit dem mindestens einen Sensor (16, 26, 162) verbunden ist.
