Claims (13)
- Drehmomentwerkzeug, insbesondere Drehmomentschlüssel zum kontrollierten Verdrehen von verdrehbaren Elementen wie Schrauben, Muttern und dergleichen, mit einem Werkzeugkopf (10) und einer mit dem Werkzeugkopf (10) drehfest verbundenen Handhabe (12), wobei der Werkzeugkopf (10) Mittel (16) zum Übertragen eines Drehmoments von dem Werkzeugkopf (10) auf eine gegenüber dem Werkzeugkopf (10) drehbar gelagerte Werkzeugaufnahme (18) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (16) aus einer ausschließlich reibschlüssigen Schaltkupplung bestehen. - Drehmomentwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die reibschlüssige Schaltkupplung (16) durch ein elastisches Element (20, 22) vorspannbar ist.
- Drehmomentwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Element (20, 22) mindestens eine Tellerfeder ist.
- Drehmomentwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wert für das durch die Schaltkupplung (16) übertragbare Drehmoment einstellbar ist.
- Drehmomentwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltkupplung (16) eine Lamellenkupplung ist, und sich Lamellen (26) einer ersten Gruppe, die drehfest mit dem Werkzeugkopf (10) verbunden sind, jeweils mit Lamellen (24) einer zweiten Gruppe, die drehfest mit der Werkzeugaufnahme (18) verbunden sind, abwechseln.
- Drehmomentwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Werkzeugkopf (10) eine Hülse (28) aufweist, über die die vom elastischen Element (20, 22) auf die Schaltkupplung (16) wirkende Kraft einstellbar ist.
- Drehmomentwerkzeug nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (28) eine Markierung (30) aufweist, durch die der Grenzwert des übertragbaren Drehmoments anzeigbar ist.
- Drehmomentwerkzeug nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (28) eine Öffnung (34) zum Ansetzen eines Einstellelements aufweist.
- Drehmomentwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (28) ein Innengewinde (36) aufweist.
- Drehmomentwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltkupplung (16) in einem topfförmigen Gehäuse (38) angeordnet ist, welches an seiner Außenseite (40) ein Gewinde (42) aufweist.
- Drehmomentwerkzeug nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (38) mit seinem Außengewinde (42) in das Innengewinde (36) der Hülse (28) schraubbar ist.
- Drehmomentwerkzeug nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (38) gegen unbeabsichtigtes Verdrehen gegenüber der Hülse (28) sicherbar ist.
- Drehmomentwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine im Werkzeugkopf (10) angeordnete Ratscheneinheit (44), welche mit der Werkzeugaufnahme (18) zusammenwirkt, so dass in eine einstellbare Drehrichtung ein Freilauf der Werkzeugaufnahme (18) gegenüber dem Werkzeugkopf (10) und in die dazu eingesetzte Drehrichtung eine Drehmitnahme erreichbar ist.
