Abstract
Description
Mit den bekannten Vorrichtungen kann also die Art und Grösse des Stickrahmens und auch der Ort des Andockens an Stickrahmen mit mehreren Andockstellen festgestellt werden und damit die Relativlage des Stickrahmens in Bezug auf die Nadel erkannt werden. Jedoch ist es nicht möglich, Fehler im Antriebssystem zu erkennen, wenn beispielsweise Schritte im Schrittmotor durch irgendwelche Umstände verloren gegangen sind und folglich der Stickrahmenträger sich nicht an der SOLL-Position befindet.

Die Basiseinheit 31 eines durch nichtgezeigte mechanische und elektrische Verbindungsmittel mit der Nähmaschine verbindbaren Stickmoduls 33 enthält die programmgesteuerten Antriebsmittel (z.B. Linearmotoren) für einen Stickrahmenträger 35 in einer Stickrahmen-Antriebseinheit 36 zum Antreiben des letzteren mit dem daran befestigten Stickrahmen 37 in X-Richtung. Im Stickrahmenträger 35 sind die Antriebsmittel zum Antreiben des Stickrahmens 37 in Y-Richtung untergebracht. Der Stickrahmen 37 ist über mindestens eine lösbare Haltevorrichtung 39 mit dem im Stickrahmenträger 35 angeordneten, nicht sichtbaren Antriebsmittel verbunden. Der Aufbau der Haltevorrichtung 39 wird nicht näher erläutert.
Die Bedienungsperson/Näherin sucht sich den für die zu erstellenden Stickmuster passenden Stickrahmen 37, spannt darin mit der Spannvorrichtung 41 das Nähgut in Gestalt einen textilen Gebildes ein und dockt danach den Stickrahmen 37 an das Stickmodul 33 an. Das Stickmodul 33 führt anschliessend den Stickrahmen 37 in Y-Richtung am impulsgebenden Taster 45 vorbei. Dieser erfasst dabei an den Steuernocken 43 die Daten des angedockten Stickrahmens 37 und die Andockposition, falls der Stickrahmen 37 mehrere Andockpositionen aufweist. Die exakte Position des Stickrahmens 37 bezüglich der Antriebseinheit 36 wird durch den Referenznocken 44 sichergestellt. Gleichzeitig wird die einwandfreie Befestigung überprüft. Ist die Befestigung zwischen Stickrahmen 37 und Haltevorrichtung 39 nicht korrekt, so wird die Nähmaschine daran gehindert, den Stickvorgang zu beginnen. Wird eine Differenz zwischen der IST- und der SOLL-Position festgestellt, so erfolgt eine Korrektur, d.h. der Stickrahmen 37 wird vorerst an die richtige SOLL-Position geführt, bevor der Stickvorgang beginnt. Als Referenz dient ein exakt definierter Referenzpunkt, d.h. eine bezüglich der Nadel 27 exakt definierte Position am Stickmodul 33. Das Überprüfen der SOLL-/IST-Lage kann während des Stickens periodisch oder bei jedem Vorbeifahren des Referenznocken 44 am Taster 45 wiederholt werden.
Claims (3)
- Näh- oder Stickmaschine mit einem Stickmodul (33) mit einer Stickrahmen-Antriebseinheit (36) zum Antrieb unterschiedlich grosser, austauschbarer Stickrahmen (37) in X- und in Y-Richtung, mit einem Stickrahmenträger (39) an der Stickrahmen-Antriebseinheit (36) zum lösbaren Verbinden des Stickrahmens (37) mit der Antriebseinheit (36) und mit einem Stickrahmen (37) mit einer Stickrahmen-Halteund Verriegelungsvorrichtung (39) zum Herstellen einer spielfreien Verbindung zwischen der Antriebseinheit (36) und dem Stickrahmen (37), umfassend weiter Impulsauslösemittel (43) am Stickrahmen (37) und impulsgebende Schaltmittel (45) an der Antriebseinheit (36) zum Identifizieren des angedockten Stickrahmens (37), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Stickrahmen (37) jedem Impulsauslösemittel (43) ein Referenzelement (44) zugeordnet ist, das von einem auf der Antriebseinheit (35) befestigten stationären Sensor (45) als Schaltmittel identifizier- und lesbar ist und das den vom Sensor (45) am Referenzelement (44) erfassten IST-Referenzort mit der SOLL-Position des Stickrahmens (37) bezüglich der Haltevorrichtung (39) vergleicht.
- Näh- und Stickmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das impulsauslösende Referenzelement zur Bestimmung der Referenzposition mindestens einen Referenznocken (44) umfasst, dessen geometrische Lage auf dem Stickrahmen (37) exakt definiert ist.
- Näh- und Stickmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die IST-Lage des Stickrahmens (37) bezüglich der Antriebseinheit (36) bei jedem Vorbeiführen der impulsauslösenden Referenzelemente (43,44) am impulsgebenden Schaltmittel (45) überprüfund durch die Maschinensteuerung korrigierbar ist.
