Once the time slots have been selected, a validation request is sent to all participants asking for their agreement, knowing that the time slot (s) offered by the system are already satisfactory. If all respond positively then an update order for user databases is placed. If a negative answer, then the system resumes a negotiation or cancels everything according to the strategy which had been selected initially.
