Claims (28)
- Vorrichtung zur Bearbeitung, insbesondere Beschichtung, von Werkstücken, die in abfolgend angeordneten Werkstückaufnahmen einer umlaufenden Transporteinrichtung aufgenommen sind, wobei die Werkstücke zwischen zwei Bearbeitungs-, insbesondere Beschichtungsvorgängen, durch eine Behandlungsstation, insbesondere einen Trockenofen, bewegt werden und eine Anzahl Y von Werkstückaufnahmen in Bezug auf einen ganzzahligen Faktor x, mit x > 0, derart gewählt wird, daß ein Quotient (Y ± 1) /x ganzzahlig ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Faktor x einer Anzahl (m, n, o, p ....) von möglichen Behandlungs- und/oder Bearbeitungsvorgängen an einem Werkstück bis zu dessen Werkstellung entspricht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Anzahl Y von Werkstückaufnahmen aus einem um +1 vermehrten oder um -1 verminderten Produkt eines gemeinsamen Vielfachen der Anzahl (m, n, o, p ....) möglicher Behandlungs- und/oder Bearbeitungsvorgänge mit einem ganzzahligen Faktor x (x = 1, 2, 3, ...) bestimmt und anschließend geprüft wird, ob der Quotient aus (Y ± 1) /x ganzzahlig ist.
- Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Anzahl (m, n, o, p ....) möglicher Behandlungs- und/oder Bearbeitungsvorgänge einer Anzahl der Umläufe, insbesondere Umdrehungen der Werkstückaufnahme mit dem Werkstück auf einer Rundtisch-Transporteinrichtung, bis zur Fertigstellung des Werkstückes entspricht.
- Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werkstückaufnahmen Werkstückaufnahmestationen in geradzahliger oder ungeradzahliger Anzahl bilden.
- Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werkstücke zwischen zwei Beschichtungsvorgängen durch einen Trockenofen hindurchgeführt werden, wobei unmittelbar durch den Transport der bearbeiteten, insbesondere beschichteten Werkstücke in die Behandlungsstation, d.h. den Trockenofen, im Gegenzug Werkstücke in die jeweils erforderliche Bearbeitungsstation gefördert werden.
- Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß entlang eines Umfanges einer Rundtisch-Transporteinrichtung mehrere Bearbeitungsstationen, insbesondere Beschichtungsstationen angeordnet sind und die Werkstücke zwischen zwei Beschichtungsvorgängen durch einen Trockenofen geführt werden, wobei die Anzahl der Umdrehungen, die die Rundtisch-Transporteinrichtung zur Fertigstellung eines Werkstückes vollzieht, der Anzahl möglicher Behandlungs- und/oder Bearbeitungsvorgänge entspricht.
- Vorrichtung zur Bearbeitung, insbesondere Beschichtung von Werkstücken, die in abfolgend angeordneten Werkstückaufnahmen einer umlaufenden Transporteinrichtung aufgenommen sind, wobei die Werkstücke zwischen zwei Bearbeitungs-, insbesondere Beschichtungsvorgängen, durch eine Behandlungsstation, insbesondere einen Trockenofen bewegbar sind und eine Anzahl Y von Werkstückaufnahmen in Bezug auf einen ganzzahligen Faktor x, mit x > 0, einer Anzahl Z derart gewählt ist, daß ein Quotient (Y ± 1) /x ganzzahlig ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Faktor x einer Anzahl Z möglicher Bearbeitungsstationen entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transporteinrichtung eine Rundttisch-Transporteinrichtung ist, die Werkstückaufnahmen abfolgend entlang eines Teilkreises aufweist, wobei die Werkstückaufnahmen Werkstückaufnahmestationen in geradzahliger oder ungeradzahliger Anzahl bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Anzahl Y von Werkstückaufnahmen nach der Gleichung Y = (m • n • o • p..... • x) ± 1 bestimmt ist, wobei (m, n, o, p ....) eine Anzahl möglicher Behandlungs- und/oder Bearbeitungsvorgänge und zugleich eine Anzahl von Umläufen mit der Transporteinrichtung, die ein Werkstück bis zur Fertigstellung durchläuft, repräsentieren und der Ausdruck (m • n • o • p .....) ein gemeinsames Vielfaches dieser Anzahl von möglichen Behandlungs- und/oder Bearbeitungsvorgängen repräsentiert während x ein ganzzahliger Faktor größer 0 ist, zur Ermittlung einer bezogen auf die Anzahl der Behandlungs- und/oder Bearbeitungsvorgänge abgestimmten, insbesondere zulässigen Anzahl Y von Werkstückaufnahmen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzahl (m, n, o, p ....) möglicher Behandlungsund/oder Bearbeitungsvorgänge gleich ist der Anzahl von Umläufen der Transporteinrichtung.
- Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transporteinrichtung eine Rundtisch-Transporteinrichtung ist entlang eines Umfanges derselben, eine Mehrzahl von Bearbeitungsstationen, insbesondere Beschichtungsstationen angeordnet ist und zwischen zwei Bearbeitungsvorgängen, insbesondere Beschichtungsvorgängen, die Werkstücke durch eine Behandlungsstation, insbesondere einen Trockenofen durchführbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 8 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Behandlungsstation ein Trockenofen und an der Transporteinrichtung, insbesondere Rundtisch-Transporteinrichtung, die eine Vielzahl von Werkstückaufnahmen, die abfolgend einzeln in vorzugsweise ungerader Anzahl, oder in Verbindung mit benachbarten Werkstückeaufnahmen unter Bildung von Werkstückaufnahmestationen geradzahlig oder ungeradzahlig angeordnet sind, und eine Mehrzahl von Bearbeitungsstationen vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 8 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Werkstückaufnahmen entlang eines ersten oder ersten und zweiten Teilkreises auf einer Rundtisch-Transporteinrichtung angeordnet sind und die Werkstücke zwischen zwei Beschichtungsvorgängen durch eine Behandlungsstation, insbesondere einen Trockenofen, hindurchführbar sind, wobei eine Anzahl an erforderlichen Bearbeitungsvorgängen gleich einer Anzahl von Umdrehungen der Rundtisch-Transporteinrichtung ist.
- Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 8 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bearbeitungsstationen Sprühbeschichtungsstationen sind.
- Vorrichtung zur Bearbeitung, insbesondere Beschichtung von Werkstücken mit einer Rundtisch-Transporteinrichtung zur Förderung von auf die Rundtisch-Transporteinrichtung aufgegebenen Werkstücken durch wenigstens eine Behandlungsstation, entlang eines ersten Teilkreises, wobei die Rundtisch-Transporteinrichtung entlang des ersten Teilkreises eine Serie abfolgend angeordneter erster Werkstückaufnahmen aufweist zur Aufnahme der jeweils aufgegebenen Werkstücke, insbesondere nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 8 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rundtisch-Transporteinrichtung entlang eines radial zum ersten Teilkreis beabstandeten zweiten Teilkreises eine Serie zweiter Werkstückaufnahmen aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens auf einem der ersten oder zweiten Teilkreise die Werkstückaufnahmen in ungerader Zahl vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 8 bis 17, zum Beschichten eines Werkstücks (3) mit zumindest einer Beschichtungswalze (1), die eine Beschichtungsfläche aufweist, die mit dem Werkstück (3) in Berührungskontakt bringbar ist, zur Abgabe eines Beschichtungsmediums an das Werkstück (3), und einer Beschichtungsmedium-Zufuhreinrichtung (6) zur Zufuhr des Beschichtungsmediums zu der Beschichtungswalze, sowie einer Abstützwalzenpaaranordnung (WP) mit wenigstens einem Walzenpaar (1, 2; 11) zum Abstützen des Werkstückes (3).
- Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 8 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Beschichtungsmedium-Zufuhreinrichtung (6) vorgesehen ist zur Zufuhr eines Beschichtungsmediums zu zumindest einer Beschichtungswalze (1,2), und daß die Beschichtungsmedium-Zufuhreinrichtung (6) sowohl die Zufuhr des Beschichtungsmediums zu einer ersten Beschichtungstragwalze (1) als auch die Zufuhr des Beschichtungsmediums zu einer zweiten Beschichtungswalze (2) übernimmt und daß eine Transferwalze (7) vorgesehen ist, die sowohl mit der ersten Beschichtungswalze (1) als auch mit der zweiten Beschichtungswalze (2) in Berührungskontakt steht.
- Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 8 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschichtungsmedium-Zufuhreinrichtung (6) einen Aufnahmebereich aufweist zur Bevorratung des Beschichtungsmediums, wobei der Aufnahmebereich einen Sumpf (5) für das Beschichtungsmedium, insbesondere eine Beschichtungsflüssigkeit, bildet und ein Walzenelement in den Sumpf (5) eintaucht, insbesondere die Zufuhreinrichtung (6) eine Drehwalze (8) aufweist, die mit einer Transferwalze (7) in Kontakt bringbar ist zum Übertragen des Beschichtungsmedium aus dem Sumpf (5) auf die Transferwalze (7) und daß zumindest die Beschichtungsmedium-Zufuhreinrichtung in einer Gehäusewanne (4) aufgenommen ist und der Sumpf (5) im unteren Bereich der Gehäusewanne (4) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 8 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschichtungsfläche der zumindest einen Beschichtungswalze (1,2) durch einen Weichstoff-Körper gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 8 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschichtungswalze (1) separat von der Abstützwalzenpaaranordnung (WP) ausgebildet ist und einen Außendurchmesser aufweist, der kleiner ist als der Innendurchmesser eines Innenbereiches eines Werkstücks, und daß die Beschichtungswalze (1) in den Innenbereich des Werkstücks (3) einführbar ist, zum Auftragen des Mediums auf eine Innenfläche des Werkstücks (3).
- Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 8 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschichtungswalze (1,2) eine profilierte Beschichtungsfläche (1a, 1b) für eine abschnittsweise Beschichtung (3a, 3b) des Werkstückes (3) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 8 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sowohl eine Antriebseinrichtung zum Antrieb des Werkstücks als auch eine Antriebseinrichtung zum Antrieb wenigstens einer der Beschichtungswalzen (1, 2) vorgesehen ist, und daß die Halteeinrichtung in eine Transporteinrichtung integriert ist, wobei die Transporteinrichtung durch einen Rundtisch (10) oder durch eine Transportkette (12) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 8 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transporteinrichtung als Rundtisch-Transporteinrichtung ausgebildet ist, und daß zur Aufnahme eines Werkstücks oder mehrerer Werkstücke vorgesehene Werkstückaufnahmen in ungerader Zahl entlang eines Teilkreises angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 8 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß entlang des Umfangs der Rundtisch-Transporteinrichtung mehrere Bearbeitungsstationen angeordnet sind, und daß die Anzahl Y der Werkstückaufnahmen je Teilkreis und die Anzahl Z an Bearbeitungsstationen derart gewählt ist, daß der Quotient aus (Y +1) /Z oder der Quotient aus (Y - 1) /Z ganzzahlig ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzahl Y an Werkstückaufnahmen nach der Gleichung Y = (m • n • o • p ...) ± 1 bestimmt wird, wobei die Faktoren (m, n, o, p ...) der Anzahl der möglichen Behandlungs- und/oder Bearbeitungsvorgänge entsprechen.
