Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen elektrischen Steckerstift, der in eine Netzsteckdose einführbar ist und der einen elektrisch leitenden Kern mit einem Kontaktbereich zum elektrischen Kontaktieren der Netzsteckdose und mit einem Anschlussbereich zum Kontaktieren einer elektrischen Komponente aufweist, sowie ein zugehöriges Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung. Um einen verbesserten Steckerstift und ein zugehöriges Herstellungsverfahren anzugeben, wodurch die Produktion solcher Steckerstifte und damit auch der sie enthaltenden Netzstecker sowie Steckernetzteile vereinfacht und verbilligt wird, ist erfindungsgemäß der elektrisch leitende Kern in einem Fließpressverfahren hergestellt. Zusätzlich kann gemäß einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung als Auszugschutz ein umlaufender Rastvorsprung durch ein Querwalzverfahren angebracht werden.
