- un premier profilé en aluminium comprenant, en section transversale, une première branche comportant des premiers moyens d'encliquetage vers sa partie extrême libre et une deuxième branche, sensiblement perpendiculaire à la première branche, apte à coopérer avec le dormant ;
- un deuxième profilé en matière plastique, comprenant des deuxièmes moyens d'encliquetage complémentaires des premiers moyens d'encliquetage du premier profilé.

Claims (20)
- Ensemble de profilés destiné à la réalisation d'un montant et/ou d'une traverse d'un ouvrant (1) apte à être associé à un dormant (3), ledit ensemble comprenant :caractérisé en ce que le deuxième profilé (10) est rigide et en ce qu'il présente en coupe transversale la forme générale d'un U et comprend une paroi formant un fond (27), ainsi qu'une première et une deuxième ailes (28, 29) délimitant une gorge (30), la première aile (28) dudit deuxième profilé (10) portant, sur sa face extérieure à la gorge (30), les deuxièmes moyens d'encliquetage (31, 32, 33) et étant destinée à être associée au premier profilé (9) sensiblement dans le prolongement de la première branche (11) de sorte que le fond (27) de la gorge (30) s'étende sensiblement parallèlement à la première branche (11) du premier profilé (9) et que l'ouverture de la gorge (30) soit dirigée à l'opposé de la deuxième branche (12) du premier profilé (9), ladite gorge (30) étant destinée à recevoir un panneau, tel qu'un vitrage (2), sensiblement perpendiculairement à la première branche (11).un premier profilé (9) en aluminium comprenant, en section transversale, une première branche (11) comportant des premiers moyens d'encliquetage (19) vers sa partie extrême libre et une deuxième branche (12), sensiblement perpendiculaire à la première branche (11), apte à coopérer avec le dormant (3) ;un deuxième profilé (10) en matière plastique, comprenant des deuxièmes moyens d'encliquetage (31, 32, 33) complémentaires des premiers moyens d'encliquetage (19) du premier profilé (9) ;
- Ensemble de profilés selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le premier profilé (9) comprend une paroi saillante (16) s'étendant sensiblement parallèlement à la première branche (11) depuis la partie extrême libre de ladite première branche (11), et en ce que le deuxième profilé (10) comprend une paroi de maintien (34) s'étendant sensiblement parallèlement au fond (27) de la gorge (30) et à distance dudit fond (27), à l'opposé de la gorge (30), de sorte qu'un espace est ménagé entre le fond (27) de la gorge (30) et la paroi de maintien (34), ledit espace étant apte à coopérer avec la paroi saillante (16) du premier profilé (9).
- Ensemble de profilés selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la paroi saillante (16) du premier profilé (9) et la paroi de maintien (34) du deuxième profilé (10) comprennent des moyens d'encliquetage réciproques (20).
- Ensemble de profilés selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième profilé (10) comprend une paroi de séparation (37) s'étendant sensiblement perpendiculairement au fond (27) de la gorge (30) dans le sens opposé aux ailes (28, 29).
- Ensemble de profilés selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième profilé (10) comprend une lèvre souple (38) saillant depuis l'extrémité libre de la paroi de séparation (37), ladite lèvre souple (38) ayant été réalisée par coextrusion avec le deuxième profilé (10).
- Ensemble de profilés selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième profilé (10) comprend un orifice (36) situé dans la paroi formant fond (27), s'étendant longitudinalement, ledit orifice (36) étant destiné à recevoir un organe de fixation (50).
- Ensemble de profilés selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un joint d'étanchéité (39, 40) saillant de chacune des ailes (28, 29) du deuxième profilé (10) vers l'intérieur de la gorge (30).
- Ensemble de profilés selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les deuxièmes moyens d'encliquetage (31) comprennent au moins une paroi d'accrochage (32) s'étendant depuis la première aile (28) du deuxième profilé (10) vers l'extérieur de la gorge (30), ladite paroi d'accrochage (32) comportant un bec d'encliquetage (33) destiné à coopérer avec les premiers moyens d'encliquetage (19) du premier profilé (9).
- Ensemble de profilés selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième profilé (10) est réalisé en PVC (polychlorure de vinyle) comprenant des fibres de verre.
- Ensemble de profilés selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le premier profilé (9) présente en coupe transversale la forme générale d'un L présentant une première et une deuxième branches (11, 12).
- Ensemble de profilés selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le premier profilé (9) est creux et en ce que la première branche (11) comprend sur sa face interne un logement (21) s'étendant longitudinalement, ledit logement (21) étant destiné à recevoir un organe de fixation (50).
- Profilé en aluminium (9) - respectivement en matière plastique (10) - caractérisé en ce qu'il est agencé pour coopérer avec un profilé en matière plastique (10) - respectivement en aluminium (9) - en vue de former un ensemble de profilés selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11.
- Ouvrant comprenant deux montants et deux traverses associés transversalement deux à deux vers leurs extrémités, ainsi qu'un panneau, tel qu'un vitrage (2), porté par et dans le cadre formé par les montants et les traverses, le dit ouvrant (1) étant apte à être associé à un dormant (3) et étant caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un montant ou une traverse dudit ouvrant (1) est réalisé à partir de l'ensemble de profilés selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11.
- Procédé de fabrication et d'assemblage d'un ouvrant (1) à partir d'un ensemble de profilés selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes :a) on réalise séparément les premier et deuxième profilés (9,10) par filage ou extrusion ;b) on assemble les premier et deuxième profilés (9, 10) de l'ensemble de profilés par encliquetage ;c) on découpe les montants et les traverses de l'ouvrant (1) dans ledit ensemble de profilés ainsi assemblés, selon un plan formant un angle voisin de 45° avec l'axe dudit ensemble de profilés ;d) dans chacune des parties extrêmes de chacune des deux traverses - respectivement de chacun des deux montants - on engage une branche d'un organe rigide en forme d'équerre (46) dans la deuxième branche (12) du premier profilé (9) ;e) on engage le panneau (2) dans la gorge (30) du deuxième profilé (10) de chacun des deux montants - respectivement des deux traverses ;f) on engage les branches libres des équerres (46) liées aux traverses - respectivement aux montants - dans les parties extrêmes des montants - respectivement des traverses - portant le panneau (2), dans la deuxième branche (12) du premier profilé (9), de sorte à former un cadre.
- Procédé de fabrication et d'assemblage selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une étape supplémentaire dans laquelle un montant et une traverse adjacents sont rapprochés l'un de l'autre au moyen de goupilles excentriques (47) coopérant avec des trous (48, 49) pratiqués d'une part dans l'équerre (46) et d'autre part dans le premier profilé (9) constitutif dudit montant et de ladite traverse, de façon à obtenir un montage serré.
- Procédé de fabrication et d'assemblage selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce qu'un montant et une traverse adjacents sont fixés l'un à l'autre au moyen d'organes d'assemblage, tels que des vis (50), engagés dans des moyens de réception (51, 21, 36) prévus sur les premier et deuxième profilés (9, 10).
- Ouverture, telle que notamment fenêtre, porte-fenêtre, porte, ou analogue, comprenant au moins un ouvrant (1) selon la revendication 13, et un dormant (3) apte à être associé audit ouvrant (1).
- Ouverture selon la revendication 17, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un montant ou une traverse du dormant (3) comprend :un troisième profilé (52) apte à coopérer avec la deuxième branche (12) du premier profilé (9) constitutif d'un montant ou d'une traverse de l'ouvrant (1) ;un quatrième profilé (53) comprenant un premier segment (54) situé en regard du troisième profilé (52) et un deuxième segment (55), s'étendant sensiblement perpendiculairement au premier segment (54), apte à coopérer avec la deuxième aile (29) du deuxième profilé (10) ;des moyens d'isolation (57) reliant les troisième et quatrième profilés (52, 53).
- Ouverture selon la revendication 17 ou 18, lorsqu'elle dépend de la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens (58, 59) aptes à coopérer d'une part avec les moyens d'isolation (57) du dormant (3) et d'autre part avec la lèvre souple (38) du deuxième profilé (10) constitutif d'un montant ou d'une traverse de l'ouvrant (1).
- Ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 17 à 19, caractérisée en ce que le dormant (3) est associé à l'ouvrant (1) via un organe de rotation (4) fixé d'une part au troisième profilé (52) du dormant (3) et d'autre part à la deuxième branche (12) du premier profilé (9) constitutif d'un montant ou d'une traverse de l'ouvrant (1).
